An amateur game developer/spriter at 19 years of age. I'm interested primarily in rpgs, my favorite being the Dot Hack series, but I'm also fond of many others including Final Fantasy, Legend of Dragoon, Star Ocean, Dark Cloud, Shadow Hearts, Breath of Fire, etc.
The game engine I use is mostly VX Ace, though if I feel like it I can switch to another one at any time, as I happen to adore the projects made in 2k-XP, as well as VX which I also use. Below is a list of my projects I'm currently working on, will be working on in the future.
Current Projects:
Tears of Samsara (Current)
ToS: Shards of Xielba (Hiatus)
Synthetic Odyssey (Team, Hiatus)
Butterfly Chronicles: Palemoon (Hiatus)
Cancelled Projects:
NightinGale (Wanted to test rm2k's waters, but gave up on it.)
They Come (Mess made in a week for an event that was scrapped half-way through.)
Tester For:
Lithia (Developer recently returned, though this is still cancelled)
A Reason for Magic: Santoo Rinba (Cancelled; turned into Moon & Star Preludes)
Chaos Divine
The Grandest of Dreamers (Developer's gone missing)
Future Projects:
Stream: Spirits Within
Final Fantasy Tactics: Blood Solstice (A re-balancing hack for Final Fantasy Tactics with a lot of palette swaps)

Welp, I turn 19 tomorrow..and I'll finally be able to buy Skyrim! :D
I was three years old and was playing T and M rated games. No one follows that rating system..I meant that it's my birthday tomorrow, and I'll be able to buy it since I'll have enough cash. :x

Hmm. Welcome to RMN Lilien! I believe VX Ace is slightly easier(at least it is for me), but to each their own. Just go with the one you're more comfortable with. :)
Experience Script request.
You could try using this script, which I use myself. It's really easy to setup, and allows you to setup the required exp needed for any level to be whatever you want. :)

Agreed with the font..lol, and why is there a maplestory mage glove on the ground? o-o (I'm guessing it's the mouse cursor, but still odd.)

author=LockeZWeird titles are apparently my forte, haha~ Yeah it does have vamps in it, as well as half-born vamps(dhampirs), though werewolves aren't in it.
Butterfly Chronicles is a weird name. Even weirder with Palemoon as a subtitle. Sort of contrasting themes. Not bad, but it leaves me confused as to what the game is about. Werewolves and vampires? A high fantasy epic? Quantum tunneling?
Nice title screen though. I agree with Chrome and think that making the New Game / Continue / Quit be in the same red text as the logo would fit perfectly.
I posted two new screens with the changed selection font, each with different font types. The first is one that..I'm deciding on using in the actual dialogue, and the second one is the same font used for the title logo. Are they better looking now? (The font now may be a tad harder to read, in which case I could try brightening it up.) :)
The Screenshot Topic Returns
Created a new title screen for the now called Butterfly Chronicles: Palemoon game I've been..well, neglecting as of late(been under the terrible mmorpg hypnotism curse..lol.) What do you guys think? (If anyone else thinks it looks sort of like skyrim's you wouldn't be wrong since I was inspired after seeing that~) There's also a very faint fog in the background that animates..in case anyone can't see it. :3

I think the original looks better..though keep the clock icon next to the time instead of the actual word~ :3
What is IMVU? I see it way too often in banner ads.

I think it's some sort of 3D chat website, where people can create 3D avatars and items like in second life.
I could be wrong though.
