You might want to look into changing the background picture, it looks very pixelated. And basically, not very good.
What are you working on now?
At the moment I'm getting frustrated over the ammount of database I still have to do and how the numbers don't seem to behave. Let's just say I'm trying to stay calm.

HP Recovery... after every battle? MADNESS! (Resource Management)
I'm all for realism in a game. And so for me it doesn't make that much sense that a character is healed immediatly after battle; In my game battles are pretty mainstream and so after each battle the player still has the losses he endured during it. To me it makes the game more challenging, and as the OP said, if you don't do that you need to add another challenge for the player to discover.

my name is Sanderf90, also known as Solaris or simply Sander on other forums. I was so stupid to add numbers to this name, because sometimes people have Sander registered on other forums. Not on this one; Despite the numbers, I concider myself not a noob. However, I'll let you guys be the judge of that.
I've been RM'ing since late 2000 at the age of ten I discovered the program; however I later dropped it for real life and high school. My projects were pretty crappy and amateuristic but I did enjoy making them. I came back to it about 2 years ago where I discovered RPGMaker VX. I've been on several forums, sometimes active mostly lurking.
In these 2 years I constantly kept working on a project called Cry of the Fox. Production is going well but slow, concidering I'm in college I place the project sometimes on the second spot. I found myself lucky to found an enthusiastic and talented team who have stayed with me during these years.
My main talent of rpgmaker is writing, I can do a bit of everything, from spriting to scripting, to eventing and mapping but at none of those I'm really great. However I really enjoy writing and I write a lot; Though I find my stories to be pretty average people have complimented on them so I guess they are good.
Anyway, I might post some writing tutorials soon, hang out in the forums and help out other people and spend my time writing some reviews. But most awful keep an eye on the Game section for my project called Cry of the Fox.
