Well, usually what military bases contain (besides the usual military "stuff") are prototypes for weapons and/or defense systems.
So, you could have a prototype for a Strategic Defense Initiative type system:

I'm pretty stoked to try this out, but for some reason none of the dialogue shows up, even on the title screen... any ideas how to fix this?
If that doesn't work reinstall the 2 fonts used by RM2K3:
MS Gothic
MS Mincho

Cambria only comes with Vista, Win7 & MS Office 2007.
So, a lot of people won't have it on their systems.
To get Cambria legally, download and install this:

Otherwise, google for "cambria.ttf" and you'll find it soon enough.
Oh and Max, if you're worried in the least about the legality, then don't include the Cambria font with your game, 'cause it's not freely distributable.
(And yet, you can get it for free if you install that PowerPoint Viewer, which is free. Go figure.)

This game is dead, I know that I may have teased it by wanting to fix it, but the truth is it is dead. There is no working download link because there is no working .exe to it.
