PS: Where do I find plugins for RPGMV? I would like the following : battle system, and fogs.

I will give the same advice I always give for these cases: If you want other people to spend their time and energy on something for you, instead of whatever thing they want to do, you need to have some kind of compensation.

This does not necessarily have to be upfront money- you can offer some kind of barter, trade, royalties,* etc.- but very, very few people are going to just offer free labor because they're nice, because they've got their own stuff they want to do.

I'd also advise that this idea, while pretty awesome, is also a horrific pile of legal issues, so you're likely to get a Cease and Desist fairly quickly if it gets off the ground. Yes, even if you're not making money. That's how copyright works.

I encourage you to stick around and join some game-making events so you can get a better idea about how making things works, as well as getting some experience working with teams. Once you've got some finished games under your belt, you have a much more realistic idea how much freakin' work even a small game can be, and you tend to be more down-to-earth about your projects.**

*Royalties are not a great offer, since generally they're a few bucks at best

**This is not to say that you shouldn't dream big, just that you should be realistic about what those big dreams will require (and, in the case of a big MMO, that is BIG CASH MONEY.) (In the case of a Pokemon MMO, that is a license from Game Freak to use its intellectual property. Which also requires BIG CASH MONEY.)

I released two things but both were demos lel. one was meh the other was okay

I mean there's a demo Misao...

And the thing about yearly awards is that even a meh thing can win if it's better than whatever else is available! :V
