I was thinking that it would be interesting to give people 3 votes to dispense with 3 points going to their 1st place choice, 2 to their second, and 1 to their 3rd place choice.
Encounters Mechanics
I have battle squares in my game that work like the random encounter spots between cities in Final Fantasy Tactics but on a less linear worldmap (the Dragon Warrior 1&2 map).
If you fight a story or side-quest battle on a bridge, then every time you cross that bridge in the future you have a 50% chance of triggering a battle. If you don't want to fight the battle, you just run or "x" out of the battle setup screen.
I'd like to have random battle dungeons though so I'm considering making invisible on-map monsters that move towards you in certain dungeons. They would be 100% escape failproof too.

thanks short, but i don't think that it has to be an inn. the op just says:
See it says you can make a shop, pub, or house of some sort. if it does have to be an inn, then err mine is an inn shaped like a castle ;D
The theme of this contest is to make an inn, shop, pub, or house of some sort. This does not necessarily mean the map must be an indoor map. Be creative, maybe you can have a hobo's homestead outside!
