CyberDoll, a cyberpunk rpg (more on the rpg, less on the adventure)
It also has quite a unique equip feature which kinda has you using several different weapons at once, replacing vital organs with (better) cybernetic or organic ones, and strongly reminds me of Bladerunner. Trying to currently get my friend to either help with translating it or at least making a walkthrough for it.

The rtp exe file and the maps are no longer there.
Thats the point. >.>
No one's going to get to play your game if most of the stuff is missing. It needs all the files, rtp exe file and maps included in order to play.

Now missing the maps and the rpt.exe file. >.>
Still managed to play the game (since I had the other half of your files). I felt stoned while playing this (maybe the music??). Plus there's a few bugs such as hitting the spinning ship. My ship wouldn't stop spinning.
