i don't hate maze levels but i do hate that limited vision shit

heh you should take it down now. isn't there a rule that says if you show naked boobs it becomes rated R?

you will see something similar in a game, just not this one.

I found that power to be practically useless. at least in the levels I got it in. because you still have to kill the enemies and you can reach them without the need to be invincible for what seems like a really short time.

well, there is no conscious method yet. I'm new at this. I was drawing with black lines, then added color inside. a few times I used an alternate color to draw outlines, which I usually change to black later. like those boxes under the tv. the space is already cramped with black lines, if I make lines in color it's easier to remove them without disturbing the other black lines. if it looks good, that's when I'd change to black. I forgot to do that.

I can see that it's not 100% consistent, but I'm not too concerned about that. if it makes graphics connoisseurs cringe, I can live with that. I do want outlines though, I wouldn't lose them altogether.

and it's not #000000, it's #414141 :) er, I just realized I somehow grabbed a different shade because half of it is #242424 hah



just for fun, I've removed as many black outlines as seems reasonable. transparent and white things have black outlines. same with the lines that form the walls and floor. it doesn't look right in this color to use colored outlines for the walls.

I actually prefer the original :/ especially with the clouds and lines outside of the house. they are softer and don't draw your eyes out but leave the focus inside the house.
