no. you missed the point. the reason people pretended to like this game was to placate its hunger for expansion. although rmn did not want to go to war at the time, it was perhaps the wrong decision in retrospect. but who can say you or I would not have made the same choice. what matters is now. launch the tomahawks.
You deserve a medal

Your wish was somewhat granted: http://screwattack.com/videos/AVGN-Waynes-World-1 except it's a platformer instead of an RPG.

i don't think you should rag on this dude for wanting to expand his creativity through rpgmaker.
I don't think so either, so I'm not going to. My first thought was "this was a good idea for a video game", actually. Just didn't execute very well.
Perhaps some sort of visual novel style RPG could have been more suitable.

I really don't think this should have been a featured game and I'm with Tardis on this one.
If I wanted to make a ridiculous sequel to Little Red Hood on the NES where she runs around throwing incendiary grenades at zombie wolves, it should still at least be fun to play for a silly game. Rule #1 of making a video game: Make a video game.
If you're going to make a comic, make a comic.
And there's that. I guess if you don't like the humor, than there's really nothing at all left.

The cat quest worked for me just fine, but you're not missing much. I like how the kobold in the cave just steps aside nicely to let the cat by.
