Thanks Avee but please note that this is how I would like my game to be and that I have no programming or 3D modelling skills and that I don't promise anything.I came to the idea of making some free game few weeks ago and at first I didn't want to reveal anything until my game have at least one or ten hours of playing but when UPRC asked me if I was working on some game I changed my mind.
You can all post your propositions or feature requests and if I actually manage to do something I will put you on the list of contributors.

Sooz I didn't mean only my games etymologies but etymologies of languages as well and other languages like: Ancient Egyptian, Chinese, Sanskrit and some others but I don't really know them fully I wanted to say that everything can be learned and you start from the bottom of it.

Kentona I have asked Liberty if I can put my phrase only at the bottom of my posts and she allowed it.Her permission is somewhere on this topic.

Sooz I have been playing free RPG Maker games for about ten years now and I didn't say my ideas are brilliant, genius or unique I tried to list as many features as possible that I have seen from various games and then some that I would like.I did written in my first post that I have no skills and don't promise anything it is how I imagine my game would be if it ever was realized. You could have looked in my first post that OpenSource procedurally generated games do exist like Space Engine and Infinigen so it is possible to do it, you don't need to be large company like Bethesda with millions of dollars budget to make games even this RPG Maker net site proves otherwise there are many high quality free games here that I have enjoyed for years and for some time I wished to create some game. There are many free OpenSource procedural generation software so it should be easier to create games.

Well no one was born knowing everything (unless they are gods), things can be learned for example I didn't know all the languages I know now and etymologies before but I did learn them although slowly.
I do admit it will probably be long journey ahead (if I actually manage to create anything at all) but with random generation I thought it would be way faster.
Sooz I didn't ask anyone to do work for my game but if they would compile these OpenSource projects into their own free RMN Game Engine.

SnowOwl the game doesn't need to be completely randomly generated it would have fixed locations just remember Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall (1996) it was about size of Great Britain and player was able to travel from one side to other (it took developers about two weeks of traveling if I remember correctly), main capital Daggerfall was fixed and some other major locations and characters but everything else was randomly generated, towns, cities, characters, quests. If such game was possible to create in 1996 why not now, there are OpenSource procedural generation software available today so it is possible to make one.
Marrend, UPRC the game would be mostly randomly generated even fixed locations and items but in game they wouldn't change (they would be generated in editor and then fixed in game) and you can see SourceForge which has hundreds or even thousands of free software.

You and others can just try it what do you have to lose it is all free, if it doesn't work then fine but I think it is worth a try.
Also games made with procedural generation can have fixed locations as well.
If someone would be able to compile it into OpenSource RMN Game Engine it would enable others to easily create games just remember RPG Maker (2000, 2003, XP and VX) in which you can create games without knowledge of programming it is possible that many years before that it was considered impossible and before era of computers people couldn't imagine that some machine would do some work for them (like automated factories) but times are changing, you can give it a try what do you have to lose it is all free.

I did admit I don't have any 3D modelling or programing experience and that this is what I would like my game to be, that doesn't mean I will actually be able to realize it but luckily today exists many OpenSource generators, didn't you read my topic it can generate almost anything: terrain, characters, plants, cities, Text to speech, Janus Node generates random texts which can be used in limitless books for reading and entertainment. Most if not all of this is OpenSource meaning you can download their code and compile your own Game Maker although it would probably have to be OpenSource as well.

There are now many OpenSource programs with procedural generation available on the internet for example:
CityGen and PCity can generate whole cities.
Vterrain, Biosphere3D and Genesis4 generate terrain.
MakeHuman generates characters.
SoundHelix, cgMusic and WolframTones generates music.
ngPlant generates Plants.
Text to speech (TTS) generates voice from text, in it is recorded every vowel and consonant and then are combined into words one voice is only one megabyte large.
SpheNet TTS
Janus Node procedurally generated text can be used in creating infinite books for reading and entertainment.
Also I have posted in first Games and Development forum Xand Game (although this how I would like my game to look like it doesn't mean I will be actually be able to realize it but perhaps with some help).
