One of the biggest things that differentiate RMN from other forums is that we remove useless clutter in posts (the other being game pages, of course). People don't have signatures because they're unnecessary. Simple, clean forums. If you want to check out what games people have it's as easy as clicking on their name (or avatar) which will take you to their profile - a place filled with wonder and containing more than a measly signature ever could.

Actually, memes and shit like that are not allowed outside of the welp forum. There may be special circumstances where we allow it to slide, but the moment someone starts doing that shit is the moment I edit each and every comment they've made recently to read "I am a douche and so I have revoked my rights to commenting."

Yeah, we used to have signatures back then a few years ago when WIP and Karsuman used to rule over this place with a firm, iron grip but they decided to remove it because it was slowing the site down quite a bit and some of the user’s signatures were extremely cluttered and looked quite ugly. I’m glad they did, though, because this place used to slow down like a mutherf*cker back then, before the whole Pom thing.

Besides, that’s what dressing up your profile page is for now. Add whatever pornographic images / animated .jpg files you want on there ‘till your heart’s content. Just make Kentona, Liberty and the other mods don’t manage to catch you adding anything “frisky” up there and catch you in the act.

I like the ones from 2007 through 2009. Before the front page got cluttered, but after the front page started having an image for each of the games that's listed.

Once would have been pithy and probably forgiven. He edited almost all his posts to add it in. Yeah, no. The worst part was literally having to scroll to get to the bottom of his posts because apparently some have never heard of hide tags before. :/
