well, these screens arent from in game. i opened my game on rm2k3 and took em there. i wouldnt be able to get the entire map if it was in game, so i know the quality is bad.

and it took me a while to figure out how i was going to draw these maps, but only about a little bit to make them. i didnt feel like going all out and putting in piles of useless stuff like barrels or bags or similar things just to fill up space. i see no point in that because in my opinion, an RPG is classified as good or bad depending on the actual gameplay and storyline and not its looks or how it appeals to only one person.

plus i used only the internal RTP so this is how its going to look regardless.

x: the rooms that are symmetrical are the important rooms of the game, like at the end of dungeons and stuff, where there is some big thing about to happen.
