The contest rules said it was up to you how closely you wanted to base the game off of the film. I even wrote in the beginning of the game that I had only taken themes off of the movie instead of lifting it scene-by-scene; but by the time I really go to making the game, I knew I would be disqualified because I was days over the deadline anywho.

Not to use this as an excuse, but it is kind of hard to add much gameplay to a game done in such a short time period. Though I guess it depends what your rubric is! I listed the game more as an adventure than anything else - meaning the gameplay is just looking around, etc.
