What's the difference between making one for 2k3 and VX?

15. What do you think might improve censorship? I don't really know apart from educating people on what's acceptable and what's not, that's highly subjective as is the whole notion of censorship. However, censorship should abide by that country's moral laws and not based on illusive subject matters.
