I love to write as well and am working on a screenplay (or two) at the moment!

My true talent is being able to learn anything really really quickly and figure things out easily. I'm also good with numbers. I could rattle off my credit card numbers, bank account numbers (checking account and routing number), drivers license number, other peoples credit card numbers... ;) (i.e. don't let me look at your credit cards haha)

so, as you can see, i'm very talented 8)

Did anyone play Tecmo's Children of the Stars? It was one of those completely drab role players that my childhood mindstate made very memorable. Anyways, if I worked for a magazine I'd have to say Chrono Trigger had the best everything on the SNeS...

Rawr! It's Secret of the Stars! and I love it (and own it)! haha

Top Ten Topic: Favorite 10 SNES games

3. Genghis Khan II
4. Chrono Trigger
5. EVO: Search for Eden
6. Tecmo Secret of the Stars
7. Super Black Bass
8. Final Fantasy III
9. Paladin's Quest

So hard...I actually own most of those carts...5 of them at least. EVO and Metal Warriors are actually REALLY REALLY hard to find (for less than $60 at least). I picked up Secret of Mana for $5 at a farmers market last weekend...gotta love that!

A dumb question....

Blue Dragon

I played the Eternal Sonata demo as well, and while it looks sooooooooooooo pretty, I didn't really get into it...maybe i will play it again.

Blue Dragon

I played the demo and was extremely annoyed. They just don't make RPGs like they used to...so sad.

Web Browser

I use Firefox and for some things I use IE7 in IEtab...I used Opera at one point...it was a long time ago. I remember it being crap and ugly. maybe i will get the newest version and give it a try...

And you are...? (THE INTRODUCTION THREAD)

Why Not!

28 (yes, old) year old male from Southern NJ. I've been doing this on and off since 1998! I was first inspired by an article in a 1995 issue of Nintendo Power about RPG Tsukuru Super Dante for the Super Famicom. When I first read the article I was super excited...I immediately started to write my RPG...I drew maps on graph paper, wrote dialog, created items/monsters/characters/spells (I might even still have the stuff somewhere...). Three years later we got our first computer and the Internet! I immediately began searching for a way to obtain RPG Tsukuru Super Dante when I came across ROMs and emulation! I could never really get the game to work right...but that was OK because in my search I game across RPG Haven, KanjiHack, and RPG Maker 95!! I've only ever released two demos to the public, both RPG Maker 95 games (Ancient Evil and Valkyrie's Sword). Ancient Evil featured the first moving water tile effect! Like WIP mentioned we had a site together for a while (don't know how it worked, we never really got along! lol) After that I created a few sites of my own: Ankylo's Realm, RPG Tsukuru Vault...I also formed a group of RPGmakers called the Bluemages where people could pool their ideas and talents to work on games together. It died rather quickly ;D. Anyway, I was also a part of The NeXus with Holbert, I was the midi guy (I scoured random Japanese sites looking for nifty midis to...ahem...borrow... 8) )

I currently have a few games in the works...Ruin's End (rm2k...been working on this for a few years now...) and Moloch Trinity (just started this one, should probably have finished the other one first!)
maybe I will add them to the site...
