Final Fantasy Blackmoon Prophecy II

Anyone can help me? I am in Genesis Obelisk where each player must complete a trial, I have done them all up to Hautley, in the guide it says cast flare because it is immune to all elements, but, I do not have that to cast, I have checked all items and just have not got anything that gives him flare, have I missed something, if I dont have it I cannot continue the game. please help me out. Thanks.
Never mind I found a way, by using the x booster gave me x-flare, so beaat it. still don't know why I cant use single flare though

I hope someone is monitoring this board. I have run into a game lock up situation. I brought the dwarf to the Grand Trow and this Frei Val'shka starts a fight with me. I choose my actions and then the game just stops. I can see Christoph and Carolyn and Robert just bobbing there waiting for the fight but it never starts. I have restarted from my last save point but the same thing keeps happening. Help!
I have the same problem as this but is anyone still viewing these pages. I have tried every different download and transferred save files but the problem is still the same, so i cannot progress :(

When i pick a game to play I look at the way it plays, if it is old style rpg, then i d/l it, and play. I do not read what other ppl say about it as I like to make my own opinions.
Yes I read the blog, saying that you was changing the playing system, but assumed that the original game would be working. After now reading other posts it seems this was noticed by Demonlord 3 YEARS ago, so it should have been fixed. The game seems ok but surely 3 years down the line it should not have the same problem, rant over

TOTALLY pissed off, started this game, and beat the first boss Sorsha, then decided to go and level up in her castle. After almost 2 hrs of grinding (and saving) I now find i CANNOT leave the castle,going back out the way I came in, now puts me onto the wall of the castle and i can't move, so all that work was for nothing, and as I saved over the save points I had prior to that I would now have to start again, not happening sorry.

I enjoyed this game, but,unfortunately I am not going to finish it. I think I have reached the end, but to fight 4 battles without being able to heal up etc. is impossible, especially as the last monster is SUPER powerful with black breath, it just wipes all characters out. Like I said I enjoyed it all until then, so thanks

The Sidhe can be found behind the large gate in the temple cave located at the temple. It's close to the starting town. But you need to re-recruit Patrick again to go to the Sidhe. He can be found in Landen's church.
