I haven't RPGmaker'd in a while, so I might be mistaken, but isn't/wasn't it possible to start with a completely blank project, and then just import individual RTP resources as needed?

How about a Gundam RPG game? I think I might be able to do one.

tried to make a toggleable/placeable bridge using that 'through' tag

didn't work -- spent 40-50 minutes eventing a workaround using three separate event tiles; every separate one of these would need its own var, and up/down would have to be completely different

apparently not ticking through allows the player to walk through the tile, so the setting inverts whatever the default passability is or something

am a sad, dumb trombe :c
