MAIA'S PROFILE
maia
737
My name is not Maia, but instead it is something that I was dubbed on Don Migel's old forum for the first game that I showed off to the public. My generic name was changed into Maia, and since then I have been Maia. I am a girl, I am old compared to some other people, in fact for the majority of RPG Makers, I am twice their age.
I was born in Russia, and moved to America when I was a teenager, but not as an exchange student. Back in Russia, I am a published author and I have written two dozen books. One dozen of which have been published.

That would become a game building quandry. No let me rephrase that.
Maybe hero agility = 30
enemy agility = 20
Does 2K3 agility impact attacks or anything else (Sorry its been 3 years since I've done 2K3).
Make the enemies so they outnumber the play party or make them strong enough to survive a few hits instead of a complete slaughter.
Bigger enemies, but less of them.
Smaller enemies, but more than the party.
In other words, if in each battle you get hit once or twice would be a good thing.
Dragon Warrior had gobs of enemy battles, every 4 steps I think.
Not my choice though. Maybe someone else could throw in an idea?

True, but is there a way to manipulate or script change the battle system in 2K3? That was more what I was suggesting with my complaint.
To manipulate the system, perhaps enemies should have 1/3rds the agility of play characters. But that would mean starting off with dozens of stats and hundreds of HP.

It's from ghouls and goblins. : |
Glad you noticed. However the text isn't.
Ghosts and Goblins I thought. Not just that, but it took the line from Friday the 13th the game (you and your friends are dead).
EDIT:
As for the battle system. After playing your Generica, the RPGM 2K3 is a very dull choice of a battle system. I can't remember if you can switch battle systems for 2K3, but it is dull waiting 10-15 seconds for each battle turn. The untimed battle system feels better.
Final Fantasy backgrounds look better for sure just like Dragon Fantasy.

Queen Izabelta Fashri-Gardeheim
Person
Known as ‘the princess of thieves', ‘the lady of Fashri', ‘Queen of Missiongarde', and ‘the maintainer of madness.'
Born Izabelta Fashri, daughter of the great Emperor Killian Fashri, was never one for the life of a princess. Always in trouble, she took on both her father and the law. Proclaimed by her father to be immune from the Fashri law, she took advantage of that fact and became a thief. Used by her then boyfriend Malthasar at the time to amass treasures in his collection, she later double crossed him and told Fashri forces where they could find their missing treasures. She took over her clan of thieves and was dubbed the Princess of Thieves.
MISSIONGARDE
The great emperor struggled with what to do with his daughter. Punish her with prison, or continue to allow her an exploit of her blood. Her mother Sylbelta suggested that the spoiled lady be exiled for her own good. Against the emperor's better judgment, he sent her along with an armed escort of guards lead by Captain Reyse Reigns. Upon entry into Missiongarde, she managed to slip away from them and stole the necklace off of a wealthy consort named Elinin Thyll with the use of her twin poisonous daggers. When she was caught by authorities, it was an international incident.
Under King Ricardir's rule, the punishment for stealing from a noble was death. Her death would have sparked a war between the two nations and King Ricardir was ready for the clash. Other than a royal, no one was exempt from the law under his kingdom.
During the conflict several diplomats were sent to Missiongarde and in the time of diplomacy, Prince Latenir had grown to know Izabelta. He wanted to know the woman that had caused the international incident and he only became more curious about her. The prince was captivated by her beautiful blonde hair and green eyes; her face that smiled even under the dirt of the prison that she rot in.
MARRIAGE
The Fashri-Garde Conflict ended without any blood being shed. Instead the prince proposed marriage to her through a cell door. King Ricardir only allowed Izabelta out of her cell on her wedding day in 986 AV. She became the Queen of Missiongarde later that year with the untimely death of the king. Since then she has maintained the madness of her husband King Latenir. Although his personal guard Grogan Timpletet speculates she may be the cause of the Latenir's madness.
AS QUEEN
Since she has become queen, there are now fueding criminal syndicates from all over that chose Missiongarde as their battle ground. While the two are not directly connected, it has raised and eyebrow or two along with her use of status magic and charm. Perhaps it was not love or lust that had captured the Latenir's mind.

In 1999 there were 38 wars in the world.
So change the dates of the Dark Conflict and make it a stepping stone to Parliament being formed. Like not the straw that broke the camels back, but something that would lead up to it. Not my call though.
Also... The Dark Conflict seemed to have Parliament made up of the great empires... and not representatives from guilds like the Parliament article states.

Villages, Towns, and Cities.
I have made living breathing towns so good that I get stuck in them myself with everything good. people have their own schedules, there are quests, witty banter, insight and so on.
Too bad no one cares. I have learned towns are get in, get out.

Perhaps the second Goslin's War should be known as the Dark Conflict, the Cleansing of the Dark Continent or the Dark War. Totally different from Goslin's War.

ORIGINS OF THE DARK CONTINENT
Land Mass
The dark continent is located in the south-eastern quadrant of the world. It is known as the dark continent due to its unenlightened, unorganized nature. Notable features of the dark continent are the Vakru river that runs through the belt of the continent and the network of rivers known as the Vasoru in the west. South of the Vakru is Vasov, a lake with monstrous fish not found anywhere else. Most of the inhabitants are considered savages that were duped by the intelligent Peruvo Empire that uses magic for virtually everything.
The people of the southern majority of the continent are considered savages due to their worship of demons in their mythology called the Ookasuna. Each village has a chief and is completely independent from one another with numbers in the thousands. There were several different languages unique to each village tribe that resulted in many disputes. During Goslin's War, hundreds of villages have either burned down or have been overgrown by plant life.
This is a stub, feel free to add to it or add the current dark continent.
THE PERUVO EMPIRE
Empire / Great Empire
The Peruvo Empire is considered one of the great empires due to its superior magic known well around the world. They are located on the northern part of the dark continent, segregated by a thin strip of land called the landou teather, that is blocked by a magical wall that surrounds their territory. This is the boundary that Goslin's War never crossed although Mercuio Esteven discovered a creature that would nullify the magical barrier. After the snartle creature was found, the Peruvo suddenly had a great interest in Goslin's War and used their influence to convince the other great empires to join the war.
