This wouldn't be after hockey's Ian White or MMA's Ian "Ice" Berg now would it? ;P (Seriously, until just googling "Ian ice' I'm not sure I was aware of either of them.)
I love the crossed arms- why not make the cloak a bit shorter to allow more such gestures?
I didn't even know those existed, so no, but the reference is kind of awesome.
As for the cloak, it was actually much shorter a long while ago. The reason it's longer now is because it's supposed to be a cloak! Cloaks are, in general, pretty long!
