I wanted to like this game, I really did. There were just so many flaws, though.

I can definitely see where you're coming from with some of these, there are some legit criticisms here. I'd like to think a lot of them are due to the fact that this is the first game I ever made (encounter rates too high, gold/XP balance, unbalanced skills, etc). And some of these are definitely missed opportunities on my part (on-rails story and monsters not having vulnerabilities they should have are big ones).

But in the end, it was a game that I tried making on my own, I completely understand it has it's flaws, but in the end I was pretty happy with it. I tried improving some of those in the next game I made and will definitely try to if I ever decide to make another one. Making games is tough :P

Thanks for giving it a try and sorry you didn't like it, I look forward to seeing one of your games.

This looks pretty incredible! The sprite work is awe inspiring.

As much as I would love for my own game to be in there for Best Fan-Game (one can dream), I do think Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass should be in there for Most Promising Demo.

We need as many options as we can get to legitimize the process. Therefore, I motion to add TMNT RPG to the list of notable games.
