playing as a assassin :3 interesting start

angela is a guy? cross dressing? looks like a girl to me.

i don't like MP being above HP in status. it feels wrong

i was expecting to be whipped out by that first encounter! the hype was scary XD

i don't think those guys should be in your party after they leave for the meeting

theres a lot of passability that could be improved. many invisible walls stop you. and you cant walk behind things like trees

i think we could of passed on having access to peoples rooms unless theres a significant reason to go into them

percuss wasn't even trying to hide in the meeting XD they blind as hell!

percuss cannot use heal out of battle. but can use swordthrow and rapid stab

not fond on enemies leveling up with the party

Nautical Ring (percuss skill) doesn't seem to be water. maybe thunder? it doesn't update the enemy weaknesses. may want to recheck everything

wait she said she lost her sniper rifle at the coral pit! she still has it!

theres a long dialog part when you meet the 7th unit which is a major problem since you can read it all again if you talk to the
leader at the top left

i don't get why you have a full party when its supposed to be a test for your character o.o

Visually this is a nice looking game but my enjoyment stops there.
-a lot of passably issues.
-characters have too many battle skills
-theres at a certain point. extensively long and boring dialog which only some of it actually has a purpose.
-way too many pointless areas in the castle (rooms,extra hallways to delay you,stairs you have to move up/down and left/right to cross (multiple rooms of this)
-the enemies level up with the party

The plot and characters had potential but i don't like the execution of the game as a whole.


Overall
I don't like this game. wouldn't recommend it.
may enjoy this if you just purely like custom visuals in games.
that's not enough for me.

good start interested in the characters thru presentation.

i like the skill sets in battle they work well together.

i like no random battles. so hopefully battles are kept to a respectable level and enough power to get thru the game

enemies leveling up with you isn't fair >.> you have random battles so you can grind but punish the player for it by making the enemies stronger thus making the game harder :/

not fond of the equipping things to weapons and losing it forever thing...its a disgusting practice :/

...you...lose money...for running?...on top for enemies leveling up as you do?...
a lot no less...
cant even avoid random encounters on the world map by staying on a path :/

how do you have a boss battle and end the demo with out being able to save!?

I like where the plot is going in this game and the characters are okay but the gameplay mechanics...
outside of the battle skills the characters have i hate the design of this game.
not only is it another game that too heavily relys on battles to waste time.
but the mechanics punish you even further! making enemies stronger as you grind,you lose money for running from battles (which you don't get a lot per battle to begin with)and the geming system >.>

in my case this game was just made to cause stress and that's...not what a game is supposed to do.

i don't recommend this unless...you like things that can be considered a bit tedious.

NOOOOOOOOO why does skill cost work by %!? so it increases as i get stronger!?

encounter rate is kind of high :(

escape failing is stupid :/

beating the 2 bandits near the village is impossible. it seems they also get more life if you level up.
i was almost able to kill bandit B while at level 3 but level 5 i got destroyed.

surprised the bandits didn't even consider raping her when they would eat her. but i guess its possible they have became that way from the desperate times.

According to Fill Chalices effect it shouldn't be a target spell. so why can you use it on Daer?

its odd when you go back to town no one comments on the bandit with you. at the very least you would think your best friend
Janice would change her dialog.after all not only is someone with you it has been some time since you left her house.

she still doesn't comment when you get a 3rd member!?
at least i am extremely thankful for warping the team back to town! :D

this game would really benefit from something that negates random encounters...they are annoying and tedious


General 2H 35M (i grinded for a while and think it was a good idea to) no spoilers
Well...i did not enjoy this game. i play rpgs for plot and characters and this is too battle focused.while i am interested in the character and plot for this game. most of the time i was in battles rather then experiencing the world.

outside the npcs in your starting town and chests outside indeed theres little to interact with.as for the battles themselves they were okay. we don't have a lot of skills which i personally like having 2-4 per character,more is okay if its a single character game.
i like how Aislyn has a skill that supports specifically. its cool team work :3

one thing that killed the immersion was going back to the town with new characters and no ones dialog changing or even your characters giving some comments at various times would of been interesting to build there personality.
going to your home or your friends house for example are key points.


Overall
despite my complaints/dislikes. this has potential. would be interested playing this again when completed and polished.

i love the sound for the title screen! some random scenes would work really well with that :3

i like the mapping for the school :3

Eris a ghost! she appeared out of no where! :O if she came but of the room there was no sound either!

disabling sprint may be a good idea for this game as it reduces the atmosphere a bit.
and with the area of travel it isn't necessary.

i am surprised your character(starting guy) had no reaction to the game note.if it were me? i would of
came to the conclusion of what the situation could be to some degree (not including what it meant by
players are enemies

hopscotch was tedious to pass. had to trial and error it. many deaths :3

Game is easy to finish

-the atmosphere was good. and for my personal taste it didn't get too depressing (yet anyway) for me to dislike the game.
-The grammar is great
-The custom artwork is great
-The characters are good (great if built more,with flashbacks and depth to personality)
-there was no music playing which during longer dialog felt weird but i think it was a good choice in the end.(same with walking sounds they're hit and miss for me)
-the use of items was nice too
-the puzzles were easy

i am looking forward to the full version of this. keep up the great work!

Plot assumption (obvious spoiler potential)
:3 foreshadowing how everyones going to die? at this point
its possible the story about the piggys will be the fate of the characters. theres also the potential of multiple schools(copies in different dimensions) which your walking around in.
so when you see bloody foot prints it could be one of your friends you as the player thinks is alive but as dimensions have different "speeds" then things could be in the future or past.
in any case you wont see your friends until they die or something that insinuates it.
damage,burns and other signs in areas.
theres things hinting towards that

i am going to assume there will be plot deaths but in terms of the game itself....i am not yet sure what the goal is.
it doesn't seem to be kill the other players despite the warning...also having so many weird dangers that could kill you would not make sense if your supposed to kill each other.
so...at this point my guess is the purpose of the game...is to test the wills of the players.its not about winning its about thinking,surviving and never giving up.growing as a person a point where nothing in life will faze you.
so rather then a game its more of a test

on another note. i hope we find out why that particular game curses people.
even as a bonus room thing. :3 maybe a god created it to test humanity every now and then :3

personally i really REALLY hate the concept of a child is responsible for his parents actions :/

i...really liked how Aeyr is introduced tho. and how e casually explains in a believable way

plot feels flawed already. Aeyr says when he examines the top right statue by the locked door in the nightmare world. says he has no idea what he needs and has never found it.
this is wrong for many reasons.
1.he has admitted to being here a few times. so that means he left. but how? only finding the book?
so why cant we leave?

2.in the main room theres a statue on each side. on the right is the same statue holding a sword.
so it...should be obvious that he needs a sword. theres no way he would not of seen it.especially
having been here many times so him not knowing makes no sense.

3.he doesn't seem to understand why he is here tho there is enough information presented to guess.
is he supposed to be a stupid character?

the buff unbroken is interesting :3

items screen is nice seprate categories
equip screen is nice :3 (reminds me of every time you buy something and it only shows the att/def stats)

not fond of the saving.the delay is annoying (and it doesn't heal you to make it feel worth it which is

i suggest adding a tutorial that mentions switching characters.
personally i was wondering why Amalie wasn't attacking and only controlled her after i died.
i didn't realize i would switch to her. as this setup isn't common

Aeyr is such a amazing person. in a world with human scum this guy still has amazing values. its unreal!

she can only atone with her life :/ it wouldn't feel right for her to live at the end
i would really like a choice if possible where she does die :)

For the plot of this game i mostly disliked it because...its negative...too negative.
i don't mind depressing stuff well used but...when its like this i just cant care...humanity follows a stupid leader idiots just mindless accept this leader which leads to all kinds of unreasonable problems most people in this world seem morally broken (yes even the towns folk that hide it from you)
i have some hope for the direction of the plot but i rarely get the kind of end i want :(

the battles aren't my thing but i would say they are better then the standard battle as there was some thought put into it.
however the diversity of monsters/enemies in different areas is disappointing.

:O how could i forget the great artwork!? indeed it adds a lot to the game! i love it :3


Overall
I did not enjoy this because of personal taste however it my become more enjoyable later in the game.
i would recommend this for people that like stories with dark themes.
but also enjoy turn based battles.

Moving Forward (Feedback, plz)

1. What did you think of the game overall?
hmm...difficult to answer without being bias
the biggest thing i play rpg games for is the characters and plot.
so between battles i don't care for and to keep it simple the negative aspect of the world being overwhelming...this had me in a bad-okay mood most of the time.
That aside it had great mapping and good grammar :3 he whole infused thing was a bit ify because the player wasn't given a reason to decide if he should be captured or left alone



2. Which character(s) did you find most/least interesting and why?
Ayer-most because he is pretty much the only one in the entire world who will do the right thing even if everyone's against him.

The commander-least because she is a doll...she just obeys orders. doesn't care about right and wrong despite this motivation to protect civilians which feels like a feel considering her morals are empty. theres no defending a bad king like him let alone the concept of kings in general which aren't needed.
at least in Amalia(red haired girl) she has potential to improve.


3. What are your impressions (or lack of) of the two protagonists (Aeyr and Mia)?
Mia
I am at a bit of a loss when it comes to mias reason for traveling to the capitol (sorry bad with names) to become a knight. i believe she said it was good money but i cant see a reason at her village why she would want it. they aren't exactly in poverty.
and she was able to do something in her home town.perhaps she just wanted to train to protect it? however she could of just trained around her village in that case.

she seems to have some romantic feelings for Aeyr but is mature enough to not make it obvious or let that make her a unpleasant character to follow(for the player).
she is morally correct and would probably defend people in danger but i dont think she has the courage to go up against the royal army.
i am not sure if she would abandon Ayer to his fate or help him if they were the enemy.


Ayer
Well...he is awesome! i hope he kills all the soldiers,paladins and king to turn the story around in a more pleasant experience.
the king is at the very least mandatory i would rather have the commander as ruler at least she does things herself (off screen)
there isn't much to say about Ayer he is a hero. regardless of how bad things get he wont sacrifice good people to save himself. this could be his downfall.


4. Was the battle system interesting to you? Did it make you think beyond just "mash attack to win"? What equipment loadout did you use (not just what you got from the Quartermaster)?
i don't play rpgs for battles.but i think you did a good job with this. maybe i am bad at the game but anyone else think the 4v1 battles in the game are too much?
with all single attacks its a major pain.
you can afford equipment!? i relied on healing potions sniff ;( not enough money need heals sniff


5. What DIDN'T you like about the story, gameplay, or whatever else? Anything I could fix?
i would never say change a story only what i would like to see.as the developer its your world and people need t respect that.
personally i don't like over like dark stuff.no torture or rape scenes.
i can't stand slavery either but if it was done in a good way that served purpose rather then just being depressing it could be acceptable.

but..i am hoping to see atonement for the red head...she crossed the line and death is the only way to pay off what she did at the end of the demo...
forgot to add letting the player know about switching characters in battle
