it says in the intro made using the rpg maker xp engine
but the page says Construct 2

rolling does not work when looking left or up
obtained a key in the locker but it does not appear in inventory
keys are off its Q to open the menu (not W)
and is W to run (not shift)
quick menu is S (not C)
attack is C (not A)
firearm,endurance and melle have no proper lvl cap but agility stops after 2.
need to have a low cap. like 3-10
demo is missing

do enemies lvl up with you? i lost to a enemy i should not have
the endurance upgrade says you get 10% life regen. but you never regenerate health?
games a bit laggy during fights,the freezes :O
id say this has potential but needs alot of fixes.
i modded the game to reach lvl 50 with melle,endurance and firearm and still could do nothing vs the aggressive enemy :/ (not supposed to kill them? still running by is too difficult w/o taking dmg)
alot of files are missing too. theres also in my case lag spikes mostly during fights with enemies.
outside of that the games interesting one you start at that place. the beginning i didn't care for.

guh ff characters again...i hate this so much :/
the stats seem off for classes. the ravager and sentinel get more attack power then a commando?
actually all off the commandos stats are less?
anyone else get 1 second or so lag spikes during dialog?

the font-one of the main reasons i avoid the 2000 and 2003 engine o.o
i love how it just auto equips the best gear for your 2 helpers :3
and how skills just go to a certain character rather then picking myself.
just wish there was no stat up items. at the very least i hope theres no store that sells them

how in the hell was the throne room key in the study room and the throne and study room locked!?

Awesome art with the characters! props to the artist!
hmm Elsas side is weird. he/she says that he/she is board because nothing is a challenge there yet she literally just entered that area there was no time to feel that way.
i mean she just split up from the alchemist. there was not even a one room gap between the entry hall and where you start with her.

I enjoyed this game. i loved the artwork and time that was put into this.it gave the characters more depth and added personality to them w/o using your imagination as much.
i loved the ending and the battle system was even pretty entertaining!
it took me a lil over 7 hours to finish which is excluding optional content and times i was away from pc for a bit.still id say at least 5-6+hours to finish

random thoughts based off the demo
enemies are overpowered and you can fail running away(high rate of failing too)
you also cant lvl up!? how are you supposed to survive!?
^gets a bit easier after obtaining new forms
a glitch if you use the shape shifting orb while in that area you cant leave

the plot of this game was unique so give the creator credit at this attempt.
i like how each creature not only has stat differences but a filed benefit as well.
overall id say my thoughts on this are neutral.
i don't know who id recommend it to so try it if you have time?
Tips
This games a lil rough. you will want to grind for money to afford a considerable amount of full party life and mana heals.(suggest 5-10 life and 3-5 mana)
and then run to the next boss running away saving your limited resources.
the stat boost herbs will be a key factor as well.
suggest giving attack,defense and life to the male character.
and agility,mana and magic attack to the female one. magic defense either as up to the point i played neither was more effective. but the male will have more life so perhaps he is a better choice.
make use of the free healing pools inside of the cursed cave!
in fact you don't have much choice but to use them to survive.
learn the recovery magic spell 1st it costs 5 to cast and lets you stay out and grind money longer(costs 5 to buy)
oh and the cat and dogs boosts don't recommend using them save for healing or dmg spells

The Rainbow Rocks Visual Novel
i am going to pass on this game seems like a dating sim more or less.
which is just the most pointless genre in gaming i can think of working on a fictional relationship.
for those that are into this type of thing its interesting.
getting to pick what kind of character traits you have and interact with female characters with all kinds of personality's. so your likely to find one you can relate too.
this isnt for me but if you like dating vns this may be for you.
