Progress Continues. Also look out for: New Artist!
Maybe I made this announcement too soon, as things are still being negotiated. ^^;;;
I will show everyone as soon as I have one face that's complete, okay? ^_^

Collectibles - Memories
Demo Updated Again!
Things won't be too noticeably different if you start from the beginning, as the only new noticeable content (aside from grammar/spelling/map fixes) will be maybe two or three lines from characters for moments that weren't expressed as dialog before.
Unless you really want to, it'd work just as well to continue from where you last saved, as long as you use the inn to get the benefit of the now increased Max MP of characters ^_^

More hide-tag fun!
"I seriously considered telling this story about how Ryoko's master attempted the the Rite of Summoning, but went senile in the process (Which may sound familiar to those who have played Arbiters From Another World.), and that performing it was a rite of ascension for her.
However, it seemed a bit on the blatty side? I dunno. I kinda want to re-vamp the town interiors anyway, so, hell, maybe this can come in when I do that?"
It wasn't that I was expecting a really complicated or grand reason, I just expected a reason to be there, since we've been spending all game collecting the ingredients for this ritual, I figured it had some purpose. So yeah, that could definitely work.
"...Ryoko's skill-set. I mean, Grand Barrier and Never Die are a pretty damn broken combination. A combination I thought I had reserved for Masako, if players could get her, in Konae's Investigations. Also, Ryoko's skills are not sealed with Silence effects, which makes the fight more one-sided than it appears on the surface."
I'll be honest, I didn't find the last fight particularly difficult. But that didn't detract from the experience for me, honestly.

Got some time for the first time this weekend and played and beat the game ^_^
I'll leave my thoughts below (story-spoilers, so beware if you haven't played it yet):

That was a lot of fun! You set up a very good system for a one-character party, and the evolving skills and boss-battles were entertaining. The stages were simple but well-executed. I fully leveled-up all my spells but the Mana Leak and Silence ones.
I feel the story was a little lacking, though. I mean, it's mostly an excuse to have Okiku run around and battle monsters and be awesome. But when it turns out that Ryoko doesn't even really know what she's summoning or why, and after you summon and fight it, she just leaves saying she needs to rest and the game's over. Perhaps that's just how Ryoko is, and its just another day in the life of Okiku, but I guess I was expecting more.
But all in all, very fun and very well done!

2nd stratum progress, crafting craziness, and more!
Though, in fairness, you didn't know that the Actor Inventory and Item Charges Script would be so tricksy. From the information available to you, it seemed at the time that you could follow-through with things and the players wouldn't have to restart.

Exciting news! I'm glad progress is still going at a steady pace for this game ^_^ And congrats on 22 subscribers!
Yes and no. For people who don't want to play through the same content, it could potentially turn-off people from playing until the final version is done so they don't have to replay areas. Though I think this game is good enough that its worth playing again and again.

Is needing to start a new game really that bad?

Congrats! :D
I'll play it all the way through, though my weekend is crazy so it won't be right away. My apologies, especially since you've been such a help with Wyrm Warriors.

Demo Bug - Fixed
Good point. I wanted to make sure that the first Elixir was unmissable, because it's worth a lot of IP, but that's a good frame of mind for most to all of the items, so people aren't penalized just because they skipped something over. (I insist that the first Elixir be in a clock somewhere. The trick is making sure the player knows about it XD)
