I hate sundays. Sundays are always shit. I'm always hungover at sundays. My sister is at home all day singing her putrid modern shit songs loudly and doesn't shut the fucking fuck up all day long. I don't have the motivation to do anything on sundays. No one is on skype on sundays. Sundays are the worst.

Has it happened to any of you that you take a small nap at 1pm and then wake up at 11pm feeling confused and lost and very very sad? Because that happened to me today.
I've had that happen once, and it was when I was very sick on my only stay in a hospital (breathing issues due to bronchitis as a kid). Went to sleep just after breakfast, woke up about midday. I was confused and light-headed and my internal clock was screaming because apparently I'd slept through the whole day and come out the other side. XD
It's a super weird experience. Presumably your body needed the rest though. If it happens again in the near future see a doctor, though, because it could be indicative of something wrong.

Holy shit. I don't know about feeling confused or sad, but I think I know what you're talking about. That's something I actually miss a lot. Being able to fall asleep and waking up hours later, but feeling like if you just closed your eyes for a few moments. That happened to me a lot when I was a kid, but lost the ability to do it as I became an adult... Welp! NOW I'm sad. u_u
Edit: Ok, so maybe it's not the same thing, but it's similar? I think it has to do with how we become aware of time as we grow up.

It's not something that happens often for me, i just take a nap, two hours later i wake up and everything is fine, but this time i slept for ten hours. I lost the entirety of the day and that is why i felt sad.

I'm sleeping all the time now. I think I just need more stuff to do, so when I start getting tired, I'll get up and walk or jump rope or something.
Also my teenage cousin's been on this whole "I'm so dark and brooding and no one gets me but I'm totally not emo or goth or some shit kms *finger gun to temple*" spiel. I asked her what's wrong and insist that she should consider dropping the act because it looks really bad from the outside*, and she just says "I've always had a dark sense of humor", and later she deactivates her facebook account.
Sometimes caring doesn't work. Pick wisely who you express concern over.
*Not to mention, mental illness runs in the family and cost my grandmother her life, so I take lolsuicide very seriously.
