My intro for the rest of this site was not too glamorous (Final Tear 3 Drama), but I did post in other places earlier before that happened since I was just talking to various game makers (Dragon Fantasy, etc).
Oh dear..some of those topics I really embarrassed myself, and it is there forever. Amazing how much my attitude changed from 2010 to now.

Happy that the national power outage we just had only lasted 1 hour. First time in my life that I experience a national power outage, I think. >.>

Nah, it's not terrifying at all, at least no one I know has ever been scared when the power is gone, it's just very inconvenient. I mean, usually we just get candles out when the power is gone, but we can't really replace fans or air conditioning when the power is out.
And today has been a very hot day and we were metling when the power was gone <_>

Can't say I've ever experienced a major blackout (I've been in them before, but nothing huge like a national one), but I can say I've been in a weird blackout before. Some time back half my neighborhood had power, and the other half didn't (think of it like the left side not having power, and the right side having power). Unfortunately we were on the side without power.
As far as events like that go, worst thing I've experienced was losing a house in a flood a few years back (and we lived on top of a hill...) though I've since recovered now. Can't say the same about my old game collection though.

I finally found an online liquor store that exports to where i live and that has kirsch. I can't wait 'till my bottle gets here!
