Points don't mean anything yet right? I mean if we passed a rule that gave everyone the possibility to, at any point, give out an arbitrary amount of points to anyone it wouldn't mean anything because there's no win condition.
ivoryjones and Shinan both vote aye (ivory's technically doesn't count but Shinan's makes it a majority anyway). Proposal passes, CyberDagger's rule is enacted and will be added to the list on page 1.

It's a convenience issue, it doesn't change the mechanics one bit. There's no need to waste a rule proposal on this.

New Rulestext:
"8) (Scoring Rule)
Whenever a player's rule proposal is accepted, that player gains 10 points. All players that voted aye on that proposal gain 4 points."
