Double-vote is extraordinarily powerful, but even if we kill CAVE now, someone else will replace him as sheriff. Hrm...I'm still in favour of lynching PlatinumAshes. He's notably less active than CAVE, and if he does show up scum we've got a good argument against the latter.

Dang it *weighs up options*. I'm leaning towards a CAVE lynch but I'm hesitant about looking like I'm bandwagon jumping, which it wouldn't be. I'm iffy about who could end up as sheriff tomorrow if CAVE dies tonight, but I don't like the fact CAVE's in the position.

The first piece of evidence. Dudesoft dies night 1 every game. but not this game. A coincidence??? Hardly.

Look at how many words in this post. Now contrast that with how many things are being said. "Well, Cave is talking a lot, but he always does" (no point in saying this. My being wordy was not brought up as a point against me at the time Dudesoft said this) Being new has little to do with a cop investigation saying someone is guilty, which is why wildwes was getting voted. also he elects happy for some reason. let's examine why.

It's literally a vote for 'the other guy'.
Besides, if someone was to get a power or whater, I am against co-mods. You already had godlike powers, and Happy is a legible player. It'll be easier to ween information from him. Playing against Cavedog is like playing poker against an opponent without a tell.

this is not a real reason to elect someone to be a double voter. it is objectively and demonstrably a fake reason. this is like me not wanting to elect liberty because of her nationality (incidentally, that is why I did not vote to elect her!!) The other thing is: He's voting to elect Happy. His reasoning is that Happy is not as good as smokescreening as me as a scumlord. Okay, but here's the thing: Isn't Dudesoft doing this backwards. Why wouldn't you glean some info of someone's alignment and THEN decide who you wanted to be sheriff. It's just very odd. But considering the best move is to vote yourself no matter what, I could see him doing this as town. It would make sense if Happy was his scumbuddy, though.

mmmmm Well, on second thought, Cavedog is hard to read, but I think he's town now. Had to re-read some posts, but it feels about right.

posting an alignment-call without giving any kind of evidence is scummy. it's just. very easy for scum to do. and also an instinctual action for them since they know they have to appear to be 'finding' information, but since they already have all of the information, well, it can be tough. if you're town, naturally you want to communicate your thoughts with the thread as clearly as possible so that town players can use them. cavedog is town because of x, y, and z. just posting "eh, town!! duh!!" helps nobody. it can, however, help you get into someone's good graces. also, i've never seen someone so brazenly say "yeah i'm lurking but here's a post saying nothing.

I've gone back to page 4 and read most of it (cave diatribes too much).
PA is either new and slipping or new and werewolf; probably the first.
Happy is plateau of Happy, whatever that means.
Liberty is surprisingly a question mark. I expect innocent, but it isn't sticking in my mind.
Trihan is eh, I dunno. Town maybe?
Zeuzio is definitely town vanilla. If I know him at all the lethargy of having no powers would knock the wind out of playing; and I can sympathize there; though IRL stuff has apparently been the real issue. Even still, IRL or no... I think he'd put more effort in if there was something to do.

Which is to say, dick all to play with. You're all ????'s. All that's happened in 11 pages is technically hot air, but at least Cavedog has been breathing down necks to unsettle the would-be standstill.

the reason is as simple as adding to the bonfire of sweat on PA's brow to see if he'll slip. I'd expect no less on myself, so why not? We're searching for a needle in a pile of seringes. Someone's going to bet hurt regardless.

so dudesoft decides to lynch the dude he previously said was definitely town. Why. He already said he had reread all of the thread. Am I really that convincing that I forced him to do a complete 180, or is he being disingenuous. Also, he attempts to throw away the town's ace in the hole, the double vote, by giving it to a dead dude, after trying to get it for himself. that seems pretty weird, to try to waste the double vote on the dead guy, instead of giving it to me, the person whose case he believed in so much that he was willing to go from "definitely townie" to "scumlord lynch this dude" on zeuzio. no elaboration on his voting reasons.

1. We needed a kill.
2. Zeuzio seemed neither here nor there and wasn't helping matters.
3. I wanted to elect him and kill him so that we could elect more intelligently a sheriff today instead of having Cavedog with a double vote.

2. kind of a bad excuse when the only reason to lynch someone is "they are scummy." not to mention he previously said he was wondering about his alignment. Kind of weird that he would leave that out.

I'm pretty sure I've made my stance on Cavedog clear from the start; and today is no different. Bandwagoning on him was the best choice I've made all day, and my last post was a tongue-in-cheek retort to his whimsical x8 lynch

he had made his stance clear by not talking about me at all but just voting to lynch me without a word. yeah.

When people roleclaim as 'I know I'm innocent' it always comes off as a two-door redflag to me. It's an easy out as if you're waving an impossibly solid piece of evidence.
Since Cavedog probably isn't happening ---->YET!
As for Cavedog riding PA, I can only conclude one of two things; either he's been trying with zest to garner the covetted sheriff badge (which he got, thanks guys!) and was throwing a fellow wolf under the bus to gain that trust; which in the long run is a big score for the red team...
Either way, there's been a few people really shining the scummy feeling this game. For me, it's been Cavedag and Platinum.

I'm also still riding the fence on Liberty. She says she's playing the long game and not lying about being an innocent also. Does that basicly verify she won't be lying about being mafia/werewolf next game? Unlikely!
I've been sitting on this, but it sprang to mind when PA roleclaimed innocent.

someone saying they're town is not a reason to lynch them and i suspect dudesoft knows that since he had to listen to me constantly scream at how awful the players were in the game I modded. also, I never 'rode' PA. this is just a thing that is being repeated by people who like to foster bad/fake arguments. Dudesoft never mentioned PA once since his 'bandwagon to put him under pressure' on day 1 (which he almost immediately abandoned, saying absolutely nothing about how PA responded to it.) until this post, as far as I can tell. and suddenly he wants to lynch him over me (reasons for me still not specified at this point) because

a. platinum said he's town
b. platinum is scummy because...well....u know ...???????/

what about how he reacted to the supposed vote to put pressure on him?? what about actual things he has done????!?!?!?? OH MY GOOOod. so dudesoft's only reasoning for voting PA here is that I rode him or something, which did not happen. the question is: Would Dudesoft base his argument for lynching PA on a very obvious mistruth as scum?

so is dudesoft scum? the results are inconclusive. if he is scum, he is honestly very bad at it and should admit it in thread so I can give him pointers. but honestly so bad that I have trouble believing it. There are some things in there that I can see townie justifications for, but some things seem inexcusable. I would like to hear the opinion of Liberty and PA on this. everyone else is sentenced to working in reactor #7.

I DID just read through all of that, and there's nothing conclusive to be honest.

For example, it IS possible to have complete 180's after hearing someone else's thoughts. That's why it's important for those leading bandwagons to make valid arguments. Either way, "definitely town" is neither here nor there because pretty much everyone in this thread has said one thing while they meant another.
