Yeah, however there is no way to tell if I'm using my own character, or the one not in the game. The only real way to help my case is if anyone else knows of characters not in the game.
I do, but alignment is something else. It definitely got my attention. I almost cancelled, but I realized that that line has nothing to do with alignment.

@demonlord I think the day 6 thing is weird but I'm not in a position to judge. I think equating lylo with EOW is weirder. What's the character you know isn't in game? I think you could be giving that character as your real identity and concealing your true role instead. For instance, you knew Gabriel wasn't in game so you supplied that as your name, but your actual role is something obviously chaotic.
@Liberty your power sounds weird as hell. I think at LYLO it could be used to disable scumteam's powers completely though. (or if you're scum, it disables /town's/ powers completely). You just target the three other players that aren't you. Are you given the result of your search/disablement? Otherwise it's not useful as an investigation tool. You used it night 0 right?
Keeping my vote on Liberty to make sure we get a day 1 lynch, unless something changes. We should need two more votes for hammer.

I am very curious about this now as well. If you are law, your ability could be a liability for other law alignments if you're not careful, yet backbreaking for chaos in the end game. If you're chaos...well, it's more likely you'd be lying about this ability anyway.

I didn't use it night 0. I got more information about it from Cave instead (since I, too, was confused how it worked), and opted not to use it so that anyone investigating wouldn't be screwed over. Since Cave said in the post it was only for non-night-kill abilities I figured it'd be better not to use it in case it blocked any more useful powers. At the time I only had privy to there being 3 possible alignments, not the full spectrum, so I was scared that I'd unintentionally null someone useful.
I don't get told their alignments, but if they share an alignment they lose their power that night/day. I'm not told their powers, either. It's pretty useless in that regard. The title of it is Analyst Cop but it doesn't really give me anything to analyse except people whining about their powers not going through. I figured the sooner I point it out, the better we can put it to use during the night phase to search for scum. For example, if I use it on x, y and z, and z and y's powers are blocked, we'd know that they're on the same alignment.
Honestly, I didn't think of the lylo and it's usefulness there. I didn't expect to be around that long. >.<;

I'm having trouble following the reasoning behind the Liberty bandwagon.
I'l willing to believe demonlord is Law because Gabriel's an angel. That said, I'm not sure how much we should be relying on SMT canon in this game.
