As a reference, here is the game I'm having trouble with: https://rpgmaker.net/games/9435/
Alright, so here goes.
I recently tried to edit my CSS, unfortunately it didn't turn out the way as planned so I deleted it, seems simple.
But, as soon as I enter another piece of code, the game page will revert back to my previous code that I had before.
Summary:
-- Created code, wasn't happy with it.
-- Deleted code.
-- Put new code in it.
-- Reverts back to the original piece of CSS.

Yup, this always happens to me. CLEAR YOUR CACHE. It fixes it. This problem drove me insane until I figured it out.
Yuppers what Libby and Kloey said, Hard refresh should work (F5 or Ctrl+F5) if not clear your cache.
I'd swear we just had this discussion, like, a week ago.

KILL IT! Kill it a lot!
Of course, I AM one of those rare people old enough to remember when Alicia Silverstone was Buffy: The Vampire Slayer and Paul Reubens was her arch-nemesis.

Actually for me, F5 doesn't cut it, I had to murder my cache completely.
