@demonlord: All the available roles are listed in the first post. This isn't a closed setup. Isrieri has exactly one vote against him at the moment, claiming would not be helpful.
I am really tempted to vote against Isrieri for arbitrariness though because even if he's town that's just going to kill us in lylo.

I knew the roles were in the opening post, but I haven't played enough mafia to know what they all do so I was guessing that he may have been a day phase power. I went and double checked and just now realized I could click backup6 to get to the wiki page with descriptions of all the roles.
I checked them all and they are all night phase powers so I guess he's just intentionally not telling us why he suspects those people. We do have two days so hopefully he will clarify his stance in the next post.

I agree Isrieri should not claim. He should explain his reasoning though.
I don't like Cap advocating not rolehunting while simultaneously doing exactly that, calling me a confirmed PR and asking Isrieri to claim.

Yeah I wasn't thrilled with that but I remember a game a while back where as scum I got Cap killed for role-hunting day 1 so not really sure it's actually a scum tell for him.

I actually agree with jeroen on this. It's almost as though hes using me as a shield whenever he posts so that if we kill him and he turns up scum, then that means I'd probably be targeted next. I'm starting to get a strong feeling that cap is scum.

Isrieri, I recommend claiming if you do have a power. You have basically announced that you are either taking a wild guess in the dark with no reasoning to explain it, or that you have a power. In the event you do have a power, mafia already knows it by now and will kill you during the night phase. If you have really narrowed it down to 4, then that is a huge step that we can work with, and it only hurts our chances if we lynch you while being kept in the dark.
I disagree. Claiming is a terrible idea. Especially now.

Yeah, forget what I said about claiming. I thought a day power might of been in affect that confirmed one of those 4 were scum. Now that I know what the powers are and that they do, that post is no longer relevant.
Now that we're all firmly on the side of claiming being a bad idea, why did Cap_H want me to claim? The town's special roles are a big chip in our pile and mafia would be frothing at the mouth to find out.

My post under psy's explains. I didn't actually know what the powers did until I noticed the hyperlink in the initial post which I had overlooked before.
My assumption before I found the hyperlink was that isrieri was town tracker and that the role somehow worked in the day and confirmed it was two of the four he mentioned that were scum. I couldn't think of any other possible reason for him to actually know.

As for the other thing, I know cap_h wouldn't intentionally try to get himself killed. I meant it as if by some chance he did get killed, and that if by that same chance he is scum as well, then it seems to be as if his manner of posting is to ensure that one town member dies with him.
Leave the clairvoyance to the clairvoyants my friend.

Also, I don't know how asking me about Ebeth is going to help town, unless the goal was to find out if I had a night power. Cap seems trigger happy without being willing to pull the trigger himself. Both of these things strike me as fishy.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

If Isrieri's scum, I guess he might be going for a reverse psychology thing, by trying to make people think "scum would never do anything this stupid." That doesn't make a lot of sense, but neither does any other explanation.
Or he might actually not realize he sounds like a very obvious troll, and is legitimately just picking half the players at random to accuse of being scum for the sake of casting suspicion on them, and picking one to buddy up to. That seems like an obvious and asinine way of going about it, but it's an asinine post no matter what his resaon is, so I guess that's as likely as anything.
