That's partly true, it is said that the net speed is fast in Japan, but they are not free of course.

Here at venezuela it's pretty cheap then. around 50$ for 100 Mbps down, and 50 Mbps up. I still feel its too slow though, downloading torrents at 120 Kb/s ain't enough.

that sux, its like 20$ for about 2-5 a month here. lame.

indeed. it'd be nice for once to get a speed that takes 23 mins to download a 23 mins avi :S

Try SpeedTest.net? I haven't use it before, but its what the site at the link uses

I tried that...Didn't get the results. O_o...Well anyways seeing as how my stupid modem is around 7 years old (I'm serious...) The results say download:219kb/s and upload:134kb/s and my ISP is Qwest Communications.
