I wouldn't say it like that. We'll likely have something for dead horse that isn't halloween-themed - thinking a release something but have it flavoured as FINISH YOUR GODDAMN GAMES PEOPLE instead. And we might have new ideas to thrown into the pile for voting next year, you never know. People might have rethought having something like Dark Indulgence if there's been enough 'make yo own shit' jams between now and then. Who knows?
Revive The Dead, Beaten Horse is too much of a good name for an event to be wasted! Maybe an ecology focused event...

Mulder and Scully are FBI agents and I can't imagine anyone else taking it down.
