Not going to accept any teams yet because of my reasoning before. Yellow is a perfectly reasonable lynch, and I don't want to lynch someone we put in a team.

I'm running behind on posts but trying to read everything. Notes in no particular order:

If he was killed for looking like Merlin then the only one up there is piano, which is not even a full scum list. Will look again at that later. Possibilities: piano got scared, someone is trying to frame piano, or odd was deemed as "least likely to be mislynched" and scum is trying to win purely by town vs killing Merlin.

I'm not sure if Jero didn't word the rules properly in the first post, but I really thought the quests gave a reading on a "random player," as stated. If it's randomly on the team then my team selection strategy is completely off.

In the Avalon boardgame, the missions are the win/loss condition. It's similar in that it has hidden traitors but that's about it.

Muffle's death as Oberon gives almost in information about the scumteam. I can't think of any reason to review her posts.

@piano: the reason to hunt quiet players is because they're either lurking scum or they get mislynched at LYLO when everyone's convinced everyone else is innocent.

@LockeZ: do you think Mordred exists? also PA has generally been accurate with his analysis of the game whereas YM has only really chased Muffle. Which means nothing.

I think it's pretty clear how they work. They either only determine that one of the questers is not Mordred/Merlin, or they determine that any player is not Mordred/Merlin. Since it doesn't make sense in the Arthurian sense to go on a quest and not discover something about yourself, I assumed it determined that someone on the quest was not Mordred. You can assume otherwise, but the mod is under no obligation to give you exact details of the way his game works. If it were Scrabble, sure, but this isn't Scrabble; it's Mafia.

Why is piano putting YM in the team while voting to lynch him at the same time? I'm pretty sure we lose the quest that way.

New proposal. Let's actually put our confirmed town on that team.

Even if the quest resolves first, it would be a bad idea.

After all, if we lynch YM and he's scum, he will get to sabotage the mission for free before he dies.

Why do you think PA is confirmed town? You were just recently talking about how little he plays.

Also I completely agree. That's another reason I've been advocating figuring out our potential lynch targets before deciding on a team.

More to the point, since Ozzy is our confirmed town, I think he should be on every quest. That means that a failed quest has us narrowing scum down to two people instead of three.
