I'm little behind, getting free Wi-Fi in Amsterdam is more conditional than expected (there's free Wi-Fi almost everywhere, it's just not always simple to get connected to it).
Hm, through the process of elimination there are very few people remaining, who can be Mordred if all info's true. There probably are 2 wolves left with one of them possibly being Mordred.
Kylaila is kinda scummy jumping on Gourd. Especially after finding Piano suspicious circa 36 hours ago. I don't really see her progression in that posts, it's like she's swayed by public opinion on an easy target. I still have her as a townread, but this makes me worry. Maybe I underestimated her.
@Gourd, I hope the interview turned out well. I also hope it's _just_ a summer or half-time job and that school goes well.
Also, I find your Piano case appealing. Another player who's good at picking up breadcrumbs would be Psy. But Piano would make more sense in this case as he possibly tried to pocket odd D1 by building up a townread on him, only to find himself at the bottom.
But it would only make sense if Piano is a non-mordred scum, who got afraid of Odd's perfect read.
Piano's response to the case was dismisive and not really in piano's favour.
Right now he feels little like wolf caught for wrong reasons.
Also, one thing someone probably said already. If this is a scenario without Mordred, succeeding missions is pointless.

Your refutation to ozzy's argument was just a comment that odd's suspicion was too light to be worth your consideration. So, I pointed out that you only showed a part of odd's suspicions, decontextualized, and I implied (or at least tried to imply) that if you were scum you have a vested interest in misrespresenting odd's suspicions as lesser than they were as well as without the context of his other posts.

@cap Oh, thank you, buddy! Yeah, the interview went really well! My school has a co-op program which means I work in the industry in the middle of my education so that, when I eventually graduate, I will have work experience to make me more attractive to potential employers.

I don't think this is a fair evaluation of my argument. I think you should also consider odd was suspicious of piano and might been presumed Merlin based off of this and other factors. That may have been why he was killed! I also brought up the lack of nk after YM's lynch. I think scum team thought he was Merlin, and coincidentally piano is linked to that incident as well.
It's very possible that people dropping is why no one on IF's bandwagon was lynched but that doesn't negate that scum was probably on the list of people who voted IF. piano is on that list and, imo, was being weird around when it happened.
You see, the thing about that Piano, is that I have two seperate posts where I proposed more than just Odd reading you as scum, and I thought my position on that was very clear, but I might as well link them here again for good measure. Maybe you missed them, maybe you're ignoring them on purpose. Or maybe I'm being paranoid! But hey, this is mafia.
@Gourd you bring a valid point that Piano was just unlucky to be Odd's only scumread if he was indeed nightkilled over the entire not knowing if there is a Merlin in game. But Piano has become radicaly more aggressive once he's been put in the spotlight, to the point where he resorts to belittling someone's argument first before trying to give proper substance. That smells to me like he's trying to divert attention.

@Piano one more thing, it is exactly because no one would expect you to make such a noob move that you probably did. One of the best ways to hide is by hiding in plain sight, and this might be metagaming, but if I were in your position, I would definetely make a noob move like that because no one would expect someone with as much experience as you to make such a move.

Hm, LockeZ looks good all game long, but he might be bidding up piano with the townread too. I don't really see a Locke/piano v/v world.

That sounds quite good. I feel like school's always better when it has a practical side to it, even though some may call it less academical.
@Ozzy, one thing I forgot to mention is that I believe your claim. The second no no night suggests that someone clever might be trying to discredit it. Mafs forgetting or not managing to send in a vote is also an option. Hitting someone different, who's the real Lancelot not so much.
@cap I mostly agree! I am a little conflicted about trying to market myself to large companies, especially medical device companies, since I think it's kind immoral to be making money off of a basic human need like medical care, but also I have to eat food and pay a student debt when I'm out of college so I'd rather be able to succeed in the system than be crushed by it if that make sense. That's kinda the abridged feeling of how I feel about it though.
Also, can you explain why Ky looks good despite her sheeping and jumping? I am not her biggest fan, but for these reasons not despite them. That and defending muffle, then using muffle's arguments against me later after she was dead. Those arguments were being peddled by scum so it just seemed off to me.

I suspected BOTH gourd and piano. And I wanted to make gourd speak. And he has. Since the moment he was put up he's been very vocal, and in a "let's try to lynch someone else' kind of way. Which is fine.

That's a gamble and it sucks. I am sorry IF :(, I guess you still were figuring out things when I felt you might want to do something else. I am too late to ask why he would actively reject a team he was on, though. That felt really odd to me. The Demonlord thing was out there, though.
Also something to note: We've learned that demon is NOT Mordred, but this doesn't seem to do much? It wasn't a town confirm like I was hoping. Assuming Mordred is in the game, we could turn our attention away from demon (since we only need to lynch mordred and early game means we're not pressed) but we don't know for sure.
Reads in order of most town to least town to me right now:
I left the day still pretty confident ozzy was being misrepresented, and he seemed to be genuinely trying to help.
LockeZ changed his mind really fast at the end of the day and it reads like he doesn't have much to hide. He was also theorizing and actively furthering discussion so it's becoming hard to imagine he has any ill intent.
demon flipped on IF *really* fast, but I feel like that was justified considering IF was acting really erratic. Demon's behavior near the end of day 1 seems like a nulltell to me. Now that we are beyond day 1 I don't think the reason the vote was on demon really holds up as legitimate, but simultaneously there definitely a few members of the mafia voting for IF. I'm ambivalent on demon as of now and really want to see what everyone else thinks.
piano's gif at the top of the page was kinda weird, but appreciated! I had him as a town read before, but knowing there is scum somewhere on the demon train I'm not as sure anymore. It's really hard to fault him for voting for IF though!
odd not seeming to know if there is a merlin or not is still really weird to me and I think we need to investigate that more
muffle's call for a no lynch day 1 still irks me and then she kinda just stopped talking which doesn't help town much. The way she was miming other people's opinions came across as very cautious scum to me (and again, is not helpful to the town!!)

To be clear, I am okay with lynching ozzy. He's done other things that were weird, like wibble wobbling on some of his reads, and being pretty insistent there is a mordred. But, I think the case on demon is somewhat better because demon said it *first*.

I think if I've been more quiet it's just because it's day 1 and there isn't too much info to discuss. When the PA claiming as Merlin thing broke that was easier to speak on!
I don't remember everyone else's reads, so I might have to read them again but here's all the relevant ones:
IF + Piano: I have a really stong town read on IF just because he has been super active. More discussion = better for town. Additionally he was working toward figuring out the mission stuff earliest. The only iffy thing on him was not meaning to be on the teams when he set them up, but It was just a weird misunderstanding I think. No one really understood what was happening at that point.
I think piano looks town as well because he's contributing a lot to discussion. He's also hasn't been afraid to call people out so he reads like he hasn't much to hide. That's good!
PA: I can't think of a reason that scum would draw so much attention to themseves so I'm inclined to assume PA is town. He was actively helping even when his status as Merlin was questionable.
Odd; Thinking there might not be a Merlin is *very* weird. I think being afraid to say something is a fact could definitely come from being a scum afraid of saying the wrong thing.
cap: A lot of his arguments are reaching and he was the first person to admit this. It kinda feels like he's jumpy (scum?), which is what I thought at first, but he might just be trying to help (town?) so I don't have any strong opinions on him atm. I'd be chill lynching him as a day 1 lynch but I'd need more to lynch him any other day.
muffle: do not appreciate advocating for a no lynch even though multiple people told her it was a bad idea, and she also has been mimicking other people's arguments a lot (I say, using an argument I think I've seen before lol!) Would lynch
demon: I honestly didn't think his assumption there is Mordred is that bad, but the fact that he said it first is a little alarming. I don't think it's damning but it is good enough for a day 1 lynch.

I agree that cap's lynch vote came across as opportunistic. i also didn't like how he voted for the other team just because it seemed like additionally unhelpful to town figuring things out. The lynch vote seemed so blatantly supsicious that I wrote it off though.
