Welcome to the world of Pokémon!
A place where ten year old boys and girls can tramp across the countryside and partipate in sickeningly cute mortal combat; pitting their magical rooster against another magical rooster. Win or go cryin' on your way back to the nurse's office. Join us in the crusade of animal cruelty. It's really fun, I swear!

"Here in the Remin Region, no one's catalogued any of the local Pokémon! Help a feller out, willya?"
The Set Up
-You are issued a pair of PokeBinos when you sign up.
-A message will be sent either here or Discord.
-The message will include a Silhouette of a new Pokemon. (Disregard any perceived similarities to other Pokemon. It's all in your head, kid!)
-The message will also include the TYPE your Pokemon is.
-Draw a new Pokemon, using the silhouette as your guideline.
-You may add an extra TYPE if it helps your drawing, but this isn't neccessary.
If the Silhouette just isn't doing it for you, you can PASS. Each registrant get's ONE pass.
-Once you've finished your Pokemon, post it here in the thread for all to see!
-If you wish to continue your quest, let me know here or PM, and I'll send another Silhouette.
-Each player gets 3 Silhouettes. If you finish all 3, you can (if you wish) do 2 Bonus Silhouettes; These can be used to evolve 1 or 2 of your other Pokemon.

It's Bardicant, the muse pokemon!
This pokemon is known for singing with accompaniment from the sound of its crystalline wings. In the past, many writers would seek them out for inspiration as their songs are said to inspire thoughts of legendary tales. Some claim that they can understand the words that they speak, but most can only hear the music.
Bardicant are also known to be quite fickle and have been known disappear at the slightest hint of danger, though this is less likely when a bond of trust is established.
There are also stories of writers who have been lured into the darkest parts of the woods by the siren song of the Bardicant, never to return, so be careful if you seek them out!

Lavy: What a lovely 'Mon! I'd totally add one of 'em to my roster for this region. I appreciate the "scientific name" (Muse) and their 'Dex entries.

Entry 1) Although a recent adaptation, Filrake's hand helps it to leap upstream. With enough practice, it can even walk on dry land using its fingers. Though rounded, its claws make for vicious self-defense.
Entry 2) Filrake's fins had shrunk over time, while its hand has only gotten larger. Its claws aid in self-defense, but the heavy hand makes it hard for it to swim.
tl;dr it's a mutant salmon with a big ol' hand. Headcanon evolutions would totally be Water/Poison, implying pollution. Name is "filet" (a cut of fish meat) + "rake" (drawn scratch or scrape with claws).

Crysbee (ICE/BUG)
Crysbee is a common 'mon in the high mountains where it lives on the nectar of alpine flowers after the first frost.
Although an annoyance to skiers, crysbee is essential to the production of the eiswein they enjoy so much.

It's Senticell, the Battery Sentry Pokemon!

Pokedex: Senticell is most commonly found around government buildings, though most of the time they don't seem to be owned by any government officials. Despite this, they are known to be aggressive toward any humans that get too close. Ironically, if the government facility in question is meant to be a secret, they can be a dead give away and are thus treated like pests by the people working there.
