CloseHello everyone, I'm pretty new to this forum and I just want to say that it has already helped. A lot!
But something I can't find no matter how much I look is how to make big pictures of characters that show when they're talking. I have RPG MAKER 2003 so I don't fink coding will really help. So is there any way of using big pictures has face sets instead of does little boxes in my game?

You can't use bigger "faces" like the faces are used by default, but you can cheat around it in a couple ways:
1. Display no face and show a large waist-up picture or something with the text using Show Picture
2. Have the text boxes be transparent and use an empty face, then show a picture above the text box where the face should be, you can use a taller picture that way
I'm sure 2K3 users might have a few more suggestions.
