there's a bunch of free upload solutions dotted around the net, I use MediaFire because I like it but there is also Rapidshare, MegaUpload and countless others. search your google for 'free file hosting' and you'll find sixteen million !!

You'll need a program to do FTP to upload stuff to your site. You can hotlink from it, throw up a game download for direct download, and you do get a decent amount of space and bandwidth.

I host my game at RMN. It's the most convenient, fastest with no strict filesize limit.
The only restriction is that you make a semi-decent gamepage to accompany it.

Filefront is really nice because it's fast, free, and has a nice limit that works well with everything I put there. It's also really easy to link people to the file downloads.

I use MegaUpload, Mediafire and of course two very good free gaming sites which also host files, this site (RMN) and GameJolt.
