This, really. Tidus is one of the more realistic FF characters.
If Cloud and Tidus are the only kinds of protagonists that are 'acceptable', that is another issue altogether.

Hell, I would've took Selphie over her...at least she had a body you could play with after cutting out her tongue so she never spoke again. Rinoa had *nothing* going for her. AT. ALL.

I hate Tidus because of those fucking birds and balloons. I think my postgame party was Auron, Yuna, and Rikku because getting their best weapons doesn't involve dodging birds, lighting bolts, catching butterflies, and playing too many games of a minigame that make me want to hang myself with my own guts
