the maximum level is hegher(albeit only 1 lvl for players and 20 cpu opponets)
you may have to over lvl for the fight against chaos

I really like FF8 and 9 the best for some reason. Which is weird because I agree that the stories in both are flawed, and that the gameplay in 8 is so easily broken and 9 is nothing special. But I just loved playing them. Probably beat each of them in a week or two.
Music is amazing in both, can't deny that. Any game with a song by Faye Wong HAS to be amazing. And that dance scene in 8 was pretty much a work of art.
