I'd say Elijah from Dhux's Scar.
I just took a look at the list of games I've played, and surprisingly I couldn't recall liking that many characters, even in games I liked (like A Blurred Line).

Presto Mondo is hilarious.
I'm going to go with GRS on this, though. Augustus is simply one of the very best RM* villains.

Um, I'm going to go with Talan and Agent Kersh but I also like both main characters from Sunset Over Imdahl (the boy and the knight; they are NOT unmemorable it has just been FOREVER since I played that game).
