I don't know if it was already posted, but Junichi Masuda (head of Gamefreak) said no Pokemon other than Gen 5 ones are going to be in the regional pokedex, which is awesome news. No more annoying as hell Zubat or shitty Magikarp that gets used by EVERY fisherman.
Although theres a good chance they'll just be replaced by Gen 5 versions of the exact same thing.
Also means no ditto? Or will there be something else like it? If that's the case, I'm breeding it with a ditto to see what happens, if anything.

It kind of did. I guess I'm more curious as to how it would work out rather than completely awe-stricken by it.
Somehow I thnk it's gonna play out like a normal 1v1, cept when switching pokemon you don't mss a turn if you switch to one of the other two on the spinner. Maybe even lock it out to being just those 3 pokemon the whole fight *shrug*

A lot of people do stupid names for their pokemon. I named my Chimchar in pearl MKID, so I know what it's like to use a dumb name. It's still fun, though.

I named my Milotic "Potato" and traded it on to my SoulSilver game, but I couldn't stand the name so I had to trade it back, rename it, and then trade it back. It hated my guts after that (because Pokemon hate you when you trade them for some dumb reason.)

Their happiness is reset when they're traded - it's not the trainer they grew attached to, after all.

Yeah, I know that. I just find it inconvenient that you can't rename a traded Pokemon.
