(truly it stemmed from unknown games whose mileage will vary depending on who plays it. Some people really enjoyed those games. Other people couldn't accept the fact that other people enjoyed those games. RMN suffers as a result,)

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

This is an indie games website. Anyone who complains about you featuring games because they are not well known gets their breathing license revoked.
And considering LCPANES Terminal was featured a couple months ago, I think any argument against game boy graphics is pretty much irrelevant.
The only meaningful question is whether the game is better or worse than the others you mentioned.

I think it's fine to feature an unknown game as long as it's solid or somehow novel.
Finding Eden has been getting some attention, and I'd recommend it for next feature but people flip their lids when we feature RTP games.
I don't know what's happening but when I download Finding Eden, I just get a tech demo!

My suggestions are:
Set Discrepancy - because it's AMAZING. (although only a demo, so not sure how wise that is.. YET)
&
I Miss the Sunrise - Although it's technically incomplete there's more than enough quality gameplay and immersion in what's already been released so far (now up to 3 episodes) to consider it a pretty wholesome gameplay experience. Plus it'd be good to get more of the user-base waiting on the next episode's release.

I would not be opposed to featuring IMTS now (though my preference would be to feature the full final game, of course!). Do we have an ETA on the completion date? I mean, if it is only a few months away we could probably wait, but if it is like a year or more we can feature it now, you know?

IMTS's first episode is probably longer than Wither (no offense intended to Wither, just saiyan) and the first two EPs combined make for a game probably as long, if not longer than your average RM game. I haven't even played EP3 yet (guessing it's just as long if not longer than the previous two) but I'm pretty sure you can download the whole lot as one installer if you're a newcomer to IMTS. As for completion I have no idea how long the full game is meant to be in the end. Maybe you're right about waiting until completion though.
After spending a couple hours playing it (and now I'm stuck) I'd be leaning toward also suggesting Sundown Project as a candidate.. That said, I haven't managed to get past the last part yet :x

I should be done with IMTS by next summer (5 episodes in all), so if you want to feature it I would wait for the "complete" edition. I have a decent number of subscribers providing input for now. I appreciate the consideration though!
