I remember this link being posted on RPG Revolution from a Japanese website with tons of RPG Maker 2000 & 2003 resources. But there is a catch to it, it has some "inappropriate stuff" in it, but not all of it. Just finding the link now is a pain. I've bookmarked the link on my laptop onto my favorites, so I'll post the link whenever I can find it.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

This guy, Kenney.nl, makes a full time job out of creating and releasing video game graphic resources for indie game creators. He has a pack of 15000 resources available on Steam for fifteen bucks, but a huge percentage of his stuff is public domain and is free to use, in commercial or non-commercial projects, without credit required.
