I've been composing for a few years on my own. Not sure what the genre is - mostly stuff you hear in animations/games.

If anyone works in a similar style and wants to collaborate (music, animations, games), let me know.

I'll just leave this here. And if you are interested, maybe check out my channel as well, I have more music on it, mostly comedy music videos^^

A friend of mine asked me to play Bloody Tears for his birthday, I did this and I want to share with the rpg maker community :D, it was a quick arrangement that's why is short.
Here's something I did recently for a project I'm working.

My latest track, probably the least terrible thing I've made so far.

Now that is some pretty awesome stuff.

I've been producing video game EDM recently. For fans of chiptune, Savant, Madeon, Anamanaguchi.
Now that is some pretty awesome stuff.
@Felipe_9595 That's awesome. Love the mixing :) And those little bar things that make up the EQ :)
@TheRexion You're right, it's pretty complex and interesting and a very good track ^_^
@Erave That is very cool :)
@CastorOnline Ripping up those riffs :)
I made a song ^_^ It's called "A Mandarin"

@Erave: Very interesting and mysterious sounding!
@CashmereCat: That's very lovely, peaceful yet tense. I love it. 0:

@TheRexion It has a nice tense feel to it. I like the fact that you used a 6/8 count. Most people stuck with common time and as a musician that can be kinda boring! :P
I notice that you tend to stick with the same few chords over and over in this song. Usually that gets redundant real fast, but here, you made it work pretty well. Great stuff!
@CashmereCat I never knew you made music! I like this. The fast strings remind me of Kirby somehow. The melody itself reminds me o the Good Yoshi's Island.
I work closely with a colleague and good friend of mine on a game. He asked me to be the musician and I accepted. Gradually he kept asking more and more of me. Finally, he asked me to write a theme for what I think is the most beautiful town in the game.
The song itself was inspired by the hypnotic, soothing, rolling motion of my Lava Lamp. Yup.
This is "Oer the 'Shores' of Heimdal"

@Oceaniqo: Yeah, I'm still practicing music theory but hopefully I'll be more comfortable with doing something like chord changes and using a larger variety. I've got lots to learn in the meantime!
Your song is... very soothing. Almost like being lulled to sleep by birds in a distant sky, but while not being completely safe to doze off. I'm really loving that feeling, you did fantastically.

I made a chipmusic/synthwave track a few days ago, really quite proud of it!

Here's a final boss tune for a game I'm working on (or rather, it's music for the sequel I have planned).

Heavily inspired from FF6's final boss theme, minus the 6/8 and 7/8!

I've got a three second test track that I can't re-access because I'm using the demo of FruityLoops. Someday, I will make a full song.

Want me to export it for you?
EDIT: Whoops, re-read your predicament and I can't help. When you decide to buy it, make sure you get the version with a lot of the plug-ins unlocked, too. (Ones like Sytrus, Harmless, Soundfont Player, etc etc.)
@Rexion, Very nice. It sounds here like you've let go more and aren't as afraid to expand just a little bit. I'm not normally a fan of techno for the way most of the songs I hear are naught but repeated patterns, but here I get a very "Light and airy" quality to the song.
Keep it up! As you practice more, you will only get better.
@Conmon A very interesting piece. I like the use of the pipe organ, it gives the piece a very almost "holy" quality to it.
@ adriantalens Very nice beats. They remind me of something LMFAO might make. Actually the melody reminds me of "Tun the beat around".
@PFTQ: Not bad. I dig your use of orchestral sounds. Seems like you're emulating Uematsu here, in a way.
@Ezekialrage, Interesting... I'm not a big fan of that type of genre of music, let alone the yelling, but I can appreciate the way it sounds well put together.
@CastorOnline: I love shredders. This piece rocks.
@Erave: Hmm... I'm torn. On the one hand half the samples you use here sound very good! But the brass chord toward the beginning almost sounded a bit SNES. Almost MIDI in quality. Were you going for this feel? This seems like it would fit a JRPG quite well.
@ Felipe_9595: I LOVED DKC. Never played the others though. But this theme sounds quite sad. I dig it a lot. Brought back some memories, it did.
(.... Does no one ever give feedback to anyone else? Is that just not a thing?
They just post stuff up I notice. Except TheRexion, that is.:)
Everyone loves feedback. ^___^ )

@Conmon: It really went in a direction I wasn't expecting, the dischord rather caught me off guard! All in all really nice work.
@Oceaniqo: I know how it feels to not get feedback ever, so I always try my hardest to give it when I can! :)

@TheRexion
I listened Dynamic Joyride,it's pretty cool! Is one of those songs you want to listen while taking your cat through a rainbow and fly away to an adventure. The only thing I could say is, if you can control the accents of the arpeggios or the background motives it would be easier to understand the pulse, also when the melody is playing it might be a good idea (or maybe not, depends...) to alternate the melody and the arpeggios so the melody can be always the "important" thing to listen, anyway in the end a million things can be done but the composer is the one that decides what is the best for the song. :D
