The verbal hint is strong enough in this case.
I thought so too, but 4 different people, including a Lead Game Designer at a triple A studio, advised me to include something like this. Resisted doing so until that Game Designer friend said it!

Yeah, it looks cool and it will be helpful, when it comes to more open situations. I just love how the loop accents his unwillingness to let you go.
