Download Removal and Plans for a Rewrite.

Hello everyone. If you bothered to check out the top right-hand corner of the game page you'd have noticed that the download has been removed for this project. Why? Because I've decided that I could do a lot better with it. I'm using the criticism and complaints that were churned out thus far, and shall improve the game with them. One of the many (and probably the most major) aspects is the storyline, which I will be rewriting completely. It will be far more concise and to-the-point, and all of those scenes wherein there was nothing but a black screen and text are going to be removed. And that's only the beginning!

To keep things fresh and new for those who may want to give this game another attempt, I'll be switching out the music and system sets just so it won't be the same-old, same-old. Not all of the music will be swapped mind you, but I will be changing a decent amount of the tracks.

As far as the rewrite is concerned, I've gotten the beginning section done, and am making steady progress. It's going slow however, as I'm working on two scripts at once (this and Venaitura II).

Anyway, I'll keep you all updated as I make progress!

Maybe an overhaul of this game would compel me to write a follow-up review........on second thought...I don't know if I feel like getting chewed up again. ^_^'

I'm fairly positive that this overhaul will allow people to like this game a lot more than the previous version. I've only finished the first few scenes, and it's already starting to shape up in to a more "put-together" project.

Right now I'm just searching for some new music, which is proving to be quite difficult! =O
