I believe it would be more aesthetically pleasing for the animations to happen with a bit of a delay between them... For example, Sand Curtain animation starts on Cid at frame 1, on Beclem at frame 5, at Kelger at frame 9, and at Parker at frame 13 (4 frames inbetween)

In fact this is something that always bothered me in all Rpg Makers.

Yes, there are Foci that raise up to four different parameters at level up. In fact, almost all of them raise more than one parameter.

They certainly don't grow on trees, but they will be available to procure for those who want to go that extra mile...

...especially those who want to build up their super army.

Somewhere in the world there's 100 moogles running on a hamster wheel to power the Goldinator 5000.
Stat-raising items can be synthesized, but the material cost is steep.

Lots of them can be found by normal means, though. Chests, rewards for minigames, etc.

If you wanna max someone out to 255 in any parameter, though, you're gonna need to synthesize. Even dedicating a character to a certain type of Foci would only max out one or two stats.

Getting to 99,999 HP is even tougher.
