Phantom's Legacy Redux, an Update

I'd like to take this chance to announce my departure from this site. I may lurk here on occasion, but none of my future games will be hosted here. I thank all some of the members both old and new of this site for making it what it is, in any case...

I apologize to anyone looking forward to the the continuation of the former incarnation of Phantom Legacy, but as things stand now it's simply impossible for me to continue building on a game so fundamentally flawed.

You can read the rest below, also there's some new media (screenshots) there you guys might be interested. For the sake of convenience I'll also ask that you post any comments pertaining to my announcement on the site below. Thanks again.

Do we have to go through with this stupid dance every fucking time this happens

I knew I missed something from RMN...
I am curious what kind of traffic Meridian Dance gets aside from the regulars.
I will now predict the future with stunning accuracy.
But first, let me explain the preceding events that will dictate the course of what is yet to come.

History
1) Users invest time and energy into RMN. Cliques form.
2) Something happens and RMN has a change of direction.
3) One or two people have beef with the new direction.
4) By peer pressure and the nature of discussion, everybody in that group's clique now have beef with RMN.
5) The negative sentiment grows and open flames occur here and there.
6) One or two of the more immature disaffected users cause physical damage to the site. This is their version of slamming the door on the way out.
7) One by one, disaffected users leave the site. They all slam the door on the way out. "Fuck you, RMN. You wronged me. I'm the victim."
8) The disaffected users form a new site with lots of ambition in their hearts.

Now watch the future unravel as...
1) The new site never really goes anywhere. Knee-jerk reactions rarely do.
2) Real Life happens, and members of the disaffected group leave the RM community, thereby leaving the site.
3) The few members left don't really want to look after a site that has no future. They abandon it.
4) They meander back here in a low key fashion. Sometimes they change their alias. They'll also be the first ones to say "The past is the past. Let bygones be bygones."
5) It's cool. Everybody welcomes them back.

If you've seen it on one forum, you've seen it on a dozen.

The curse of the websites has begun! The cycle repeats every 1,000 years until the evil is released again.
Actually, a new development has come to light.

Nightblade has, unfortunately, left Meridian Dance and will now be posting Phantom Legacy on Amaranthia. We tried contacting Nightblade for a response to this, but it appears he has blocked all communications.

I sure do believe that for even a second, yep.
for the record, i don't care where nightblade hosts his game. I visit Meridian Dance on the regular, so it makes no difference to me.

it's all politics, and it's really really lame.
