VERSION 1.3.3
(Current version in development: 1.3.3)

Annabelle finds a strange visitor in her room, bearing some bad news: Beasts are destroying a world under her bed. If Annabelle does not defeat them, they will do the same to Earth. She has two choices: Risk death, or be helpless against it when it comes.

As she fights her way through the four biomes of the “Domi” she will meet four survivors. She needs their help, and they need hers. Your choices will decide their fates.

Adventure, puzzles, turn-based battling, multiple endings. Custom and unique graphics and music. Your actions and dialogue choices decide the fates of the characters you meet.

The Kickstarter failed, backers were refunded, and Qui Domi has gone into a state of indefinite hiatus. However some interest has come back to it from my current audience in other fandoms. I'm releasing the current full copy of the game, including the alpha carnival world. There are unfinished assets, incomplete game mechanics, but, you are free to test it out.

Keep in mind there are a few hours of gameplay before that, as the carnival is the 4th world, there are three others to traverse. I hope you enjoy!

I came back to this game after a good amount of time and was wondering if it was still being worked upon because I hadn't receive any notices on it. And then I realized that I wasn't even subbed to the gamepage ö_ö

I'm glad to see you're still working on it, I really enjoyed the first demo you released.

Yeah sorry there was such a long hiatus! I explain it on the Kickstarter page. In fact, that's where pretty much all of my updates are. New characters, new art, playtesting opportunities, music... I feel like it would be spammy if I posted all that here too?

And thank you so much! The game has improved so much since the demo, seriously. I think you'll be pleased if you ever decide to play it again.

Very, very, veery criminally late to this game.
I played it and I loved it, the art is lovley and the gameplay fits the theme.

But out of curiosity, is the game still in development?
If so, how far is it in development?
Looks pretty neat. I have high hopes for this project. :)
I am loving this so far. Interesting story, amazing music and you really set the tone with the mapping and sound effects. Love how you did combat, too. Very creative.

However, I think I may have found a bug. I've pressed every button and cannot seem to get out or go back. Let me know if I'm missing something. Here's what happened:

1) I select item and choose the Pencil.
2) Target the rat and attack.
3) I then have the option for "Help" or "Stall"
4) I select "Help" and Baiulus comes up. Nothing to select.

There's no option to do anything, and ESC won't let me return to the previous window. I'm just stuck under the "Help" window. I put a screenshot below:

Going to restart the game and try again.

GREAT JOB!
I'm really glad to see you're considering finishing this project, even just as something slowly being worked on. I really enjoyed the demo and this was the only of the 3 commercial RPGMaker games I was looking forward to that never got any traction; the others being Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass and Omori. I hope one day to have Qui Domi in my Steam library, just to round out what I thought would be my Holy RPGMaker Trinity.

In short, yes, people are still periodically checking to see if this game is still in production. Or, maybe I'm just weird.

Thank you so much! I just came back to this website because my best friend just moved in with me. He makes his own games (not with rpgm) and he mentioned that some day we could rebuild Qui Domi on a new engine. It's not something that will happen soon, but it's definitely a glint in our eyes.

Looking forward to that day, no matter how distant it may be.

Having gotten my first 4/5, I must now work hard to obtain... my second 4/5.

That'd be so sweeeeet <3
Still periodically checking in on RMN to see if any of the projects I once hoped would finish have done so~ Qui Domi was such a charming game, I'd love to see it finished; even if that means the game being shorter than intended, just to have a pin put in it and say, "It's complete".
