A small update of sorts

It seems like my mental health issues are progressively getting better again overall. Still, a while to go but as it's been improving I decided to try and get back into RPG Maker again.

It seems, at least on some days, my thinking is a lot clearer and more normal again. And I'm grateful and happy for that.

I'd really enjoy getting back into RPG Maker as long as I can. It seemed last time I tried I was going around in a loop, strangely. Hopefully, I'm out of that loop now. (Hopefully, but time will tell if that's the case).

I'm still not going to go back to Chained World just yet, but I have come up with many ideas for many possible projects. The aim wasn't to create something from them but to see if I could come up with different concepts I actually like and think may work well together.

That seems to have gone well, I've scratched those projects as planned but am trying to create something I want to make from the ideas within those project concepts, and other ideas that I have had since then too. I think I have something now, but I'll have to work on it a lot more to actually create it and all.

I think this project is going to work as I've been determined and working on ideas for it the last few weeks. I feel I still should brainstorm further and then start putting these ideas together.

I'm not going to say when big progress on the project will come, as I don't know myself. I don't believe it'll be within the next few months, but hopefully, sometime in 2022, I may be able to have something that I can share progress on.

We'll see how everything goes. That's assuming I'll have the ability back to work on something, which seems to be the case but I'll have to wait it out to know for certain that that'll keeps being the case. Hopefully, I am out of these loops though.

I did really enjoy making Chained World and I only did what I knew I was capable to do at the time, it certainly is a project I'd like to go back to. Not necessarily do that much to it, but just add to it and try to add more and changes to the story. Just make it better, and with real locations to explore and an improved system for the battles. But it's staying on hold for now because I'd like to focus on this new idea I've had lately and see how that keeps going.

Hopefully, I can stay back in RPG Maker now, so we'll see if anything can happen and if anything can happen by sometime in 2022. I'd be surprised if I have something sooner, but we'll see.

Anyway, I'll say this is an announcement, and we'll see what keeps happening.

Good to hear things are getting better! Best of luck with your RPG Maker endeavours and hopefully you are able to consistently work on your project, I still need to give that feedback on Chained Worlds I promised back in 2017 some day ^_^;

Hi Ozzy, nice to hear from you! Yes, thanks! I've actually had a huge break and focused on some other things, but I have just started getting back into RPG Maker again recently, so we'll see what I do next.

Are you using RPG Maker at all at the moment?

Do you have a copy of the game though? I've lost mine, my copy can't be play-tested at the moment, as I added other scripts and stuff, so if you do, that'd be great. I don't need it, but I'd like it if I can.
