To answer the OP, I'd wanted to get into the videogame business since I was 9 as a character concept artist, 3D designer, or animator. But, as of 2 years ago, I've noticed that I get tired of drawing even as a hobby after so long and, if I take this on as a career, I'll be too tired making someone else's vision that when I get home, I won't want to make my own vision.

Well, having only one incomplete game under my belt, I'd like to say that I prefer LockeZ's approach to giving criticism. When I read your example, phoenix, it really didn't feel like that big of a problem, like he said. Heck, I even forgot how much 10 seconds really lasted when reading it!

I agree that you can take something from rude or blunt comments, but have you forgotten that this thread is about beginner's? They don't think like you do! They won't be thinking, "Every comment is helpful. Come at me, bro." We can't expect them to take in every comment like it was nothing. (Volrath said that. Why do I type so slow?!)
They should know how this works as well. Like I said before, this is a life issue, not an RMN issue. Anyone with a right mind should know that what they put in the public will get criticized. Let's say you're a first time singer and you decide to go on X-Factor. You sing and you're stopped before you can finish. You know why? Because you sucked, and Simone is gonna tell you that you sucked. You can't change what Simone says and fluff it up with everything nice. He said you sucked and you have to deal with it!

The first thing someone would notice about a game is it's name... (unless you saw the screenshot first, but it's usually the name!) Even some people on this thread have admitted that they don't like games with such names.
Also, I think "chronicle(s)" should also be on that list.
